Re(1): should i have gotten out?
It depends on what your goal was - to gamble or to win first' If it was to win - it is the hands you lay down under risky pressure that get you to the end. Its a marathon not a sprint. The ONLY time I push preflop with a 3X raise if with AA or KK AAKKMike

It happens to all of us at one time or another. All learning lessons for proper broll management - and enjoyment palying the game. One time after 4 hours of a tournament I won couple hundred was pissed that didnt win more so went to high cash game and lost it. Will never do that again. LOL

Re(1): Set vs straight bad calls or not
When you check and he bets after smooth calling you I would say he has the straight or he would have checked too. Daggerzz bets 1,200 170mmachamp calls 1,200 Pot = 4050 igetthepillow folds *** TURN *** [6h 3s 4d] [2c] Thats pretty much a bad card for me so I decide to check which I had done earlier on a similar board To try and keep the pot small Daggerzz checks 170mmachamp has 15 seconds left to act 170mmachamp bets 1,200 Pot= 5250

Re(1): 100Grand with QQ
Played conservative and costed ya. You put him on ace which is understandlable after the flop. Keep a record - you would have been up one if shoved preflop with QQ all in (you had him covered) See if you would win more or lose more - and in tournamnets is the aggressive play that wins more not the other way around.

the fact that he's down $200 from starting with $400 is my point. He makes some aggressive plays and overall performance is a LOSS. How is that good for instruction'

ABOSULTE POKER RIGGED WTF??
High Stakes Absolute Poker Player can see opponents hole cards, probably through a "super user" account rumored to exist on AP. This player has made hundreds of thousands of dollars in a few hundred hands, playing 96/70, with an infinite river aggression factor. No this is not a level. No this is not a crazy "Online Poker is rigged conspiracy theory," pretty much every high stakes and reputable poster on 2+2 who has weighed in on the evidence agrees. Usernames are Graycat and Doubledrag and Potripper. On a more serious note though, this story, if true, is very bad for the reputation of online ...

Full Tilt BOT Scandal
Full Tilt Poker Makes Major "Bot" Bust Many Full Tilt Poker players woke up today to find out that they have received emails from Full Tilt Poker, informing them that they would be receiving money after FTP management busted numerous accounts that had been using "unauthorized" software. The amounts returned so far, from what I have seen, have ranged from $50 all the way up to $2000. FTP has said that they used a formula consisting of the number of hands played against the "bots" as well as the amount won/lost to them. Apparently these "bots" were playing Heads Up Limit Hold'em cash ...

Re(1): tough spot (3/6 NL)
Not such an easy fold cuz u have $176 committed. Another $168 to go...he might be on flush but doubt it or more likely he checked flop and has rags like 76 or 26. Lay it down and move on if you dont have a big bankroll.

Re(1): why u do not play poker drunk....
You need to have some respect for yourself and your money, looks as if there is none. Limit your lossses use BRoll mgmt and leave no matter what when it time. If your a degenerate gabmler go for otherwise get a grip and get laid when you get home from bar or get a girl for $200 rather than pissing off $over $10,000..moron u are.

You got sucked out on the RIVER get used to it in cash games, treat it like a rebuy all I can say. You played it correct. He was very aggressive and gambled and won.

Re(1): What can I do????
You palyed hand lousy. You checked after flop instead of betting small to see if he raises u. You cant put him on a hand by checking. And when he bets hwe goes from $900 tp $3900 he isnt trying to steal he has something and u shove all in. Bad move but hey if you go down with AA not too bad. happens to all of us.

Re(1): KK ?
U bet a little weak after the flop I would have check raised or shoved all in, dont let them draw cards. Take down poys in a cash game. Laso reraising his $.32 to $1.00 would have given you better read of his starting hand. If he shoves you all in preflop he has AA other wise I think ur good.

He was LAG player that sucked u out n the river. Nothing u can do. Shove harder after flop and i think he still calls cuz not much chips left and already committed. Bad beat

Re(1): Did I get out played. No real read
Preflop you played very bad. You cant risk tournaments preflop with cards like AQ or AK when someone reraises you all in. You must put them on AK or AA or KK. Now it's up to you if you want to gamble and take a shot or play smart and lay it down and move on.

Re(1): 1k hand
After palying 1,000,000 hands of online poker and realizing that 10/10 times when I get reraised after I make the raise - I lose. These people arent bluffing all the money and chips when the board plays like they can trips or a strt or a flush. Assume your beat and fold. If you want experiment and call the next 5 reraises u get and u'll see u will lose everyone. Go deep and fold hands to win. Making a great call is rare and many times stupid. AAKKMike

Re(1): What would you do????
I would have check raised him all in after flop and make him pay to hit a strt like he did. All hands you get greedy on trying to suck out more chips backfires alot. Take down pots and move fwd, try not to get greedy. Great flop, bad turn and river. Nothing u can do but bet it different. You definelty should have raised preflop 3 x's his bet to begin with. and then QJ8 your all in. AAKKMIke

Re(1): Proper shove pf?
Yes you are short stack but with A4 thats risky to go all in preflop. See flop and call his raise if hit then shove it if not hit you can get away and still have 1600 chips. Not good timing to double up and go all in. AAKKMike

Re(1): Push to Isolate... Right??
With 2 callers I would assume one had AK or the like and I wouldnt push until I see flop and how they react. AK & AQ preflop all in is good for a rebuy in the beginning but not if you want to win a tournament at the end. Keep that in mind. Next time instead of going all in see the flop and judge if you went all in would you have won. You'll see with AK & AQ you lose more than u win going all in preflop. Bad move and overplay - AAKKMike
