In June 2008, he won the UltimateBet $200k Guaranteed Sunday major for $45,000 and followed that up with a victory in the PokerStars Sunday 500 event in January, 2010 for $71,000. Allen's largest tournament cash came in January 2009, when he took down the Beau Rivage Southern Poker Championship Main Event for $1,025,500.
