Re:Anyone ever fold here? AQ at ftp 21k final table.... I guess if the top 3 payouts constitute a reasonable large portion of your bankroll, it might skew your decision to fold incorrectly imo. This isn't a "turbo" sng situation where you have to fold so you can guarentee yourself 2nd/3rd because of the shorter stacks behind you. You should also think what better possible situations can arise if you fold. Assuming you did fold, the final table would just run out in a situation where you can't profitably steal blinds or accumulate chips properly against the shorter stacks ranges. So lets say it folds around to you in the CO or ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Anyone ever fold here? AQ at ftp 21k final table.... Insta-call the shove. You are barely in second place (LOL who cares), and he will just run you over and the table if you play so tight. A more interesting situation would be if you had say, 1,200,000 chips, but as is, this is the best spot to give yourself an actual chance of winning. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:August goals Most rakeback sites are about 25-35%, but on stars, you might as well aim for supernova elite with all the volume you're putting into it. There's some good stuff, dunno I just always liked rb more than those stars points. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:August goals 12 tables @ 2/4 with a 3bb/100 is ~ $250/hr + rb if he has it is like +50 so about $300/ hr total! But of course, looking at this hourly rate is very naive because of the variance we all come to hate and love. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:BR building advice. uhhhh depends which games you are better at. If you are just building a br, you probably shouldn't massively multi-table so you can use non-turbo sng's to your advantage. However once you have a decent bankroll, your hourly might become more important to you, and since turbos finish quicker, you might want to switch over to those. Since you think your in 50/50 races too much, standard sng's should suit you more at the moment, but I suggest you play both for a little and see which one you are better at. Re:25NL losing player with PT3 graphs your stats are definately fine, even suitable at 400nl. I don't why you shouldn't be crushing these stakes. Only thing I see wrong so far is maybe the high AF. I wouldn't double barrel as much probably at micro stakes. Still a small sample, so keep grinding and come back with updates. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Low-Limit NL cash full ring These micro nl full ring games are so profitable. Even midstakes (1/2-2/4) is very beatable 18 tabling. FTP would be more profitable for the micro grinder since you can get rakeback (<- A lot of money if you play a lot of tables :)). A good winrate is > 4 imo. You could be easily making $300 a day at .5/1, about $100 can come from rake :D. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
