I work for the railroad on Long Island and it happens more often then ppl realize. Def causes some major delays waiting for the scene to be secured by the police. I beleive the engineers get 3 days off of work but if I saw someone jump in front of my train I dont think 3 days would cut it.

returning a lease
anyone have experience in turning in a lease' Am i better off looking to go to lease to lease with the same company' Finance my existing lease' or look into just ending my current lease and securing a new lease or finance through a seperate delaer' I currently have a 2005 Altima and the lease ends in a few months. I am also at the mileage limit right now and was thinking of going out to a few dealers today. Any quick help on this' Anything I should avoid'

i originally tried linking the bank acct but it said it would take a few days so I them used my debit card which is linked to the same bank account. The deposit showed up in a matter of minutes and I had the money on Pokerstars a few minutes later.

as a diehard giants fan I saw the let down coming after they got up 21-0 early. Not gonna make excuses for Plaxico giving up on a ball, Eli's bad decisions but Kiwanuka's play I have a problem with. I agree with rcd in that the league treats the qb's like princesses. They call plays dead so much sonner then where they were at on that play. If he throws him to the ground, the refs prob throw a flag for roughing the passer.
