Re(2): i crush live poker but online poker i get crushed? where to turn to? like i said ive only played 5 tournaments as of late, seens how i just turned 21....and i am planning on playin the smaller events at the WPT foxwoods poker classic as well.... the tournaments i have played are against people who have no care for the $200 and play just as bad as teh $5 mtt/sng players online....there are 3-4 of them who play online $100+ buyins and are losing players overall online, but get lucky live because they dont care about the money, 4 of the players in our regular tournament are professional athletes who could care less about $200 when they make more then that a ... i crush live poker but online poker i get crushed? where to turn to? i have an account at cardrunners and my mtt game has improved a ton, but yet i still lose, i can't build a bankroll for shit....im sick of playin for $5-$50 sngs, mtts and cash games, but the thing is i crush live tourneys the past 5 live tourneys from $50- $200 buyins ive cashed and won 1 time, 2 of them i had the worst run of cards ever, and managed to finish 2nd both times, and one tourney i played 3 hands and took 3rd....these are tourneys with 5 tables at the min and 10 at the most...but yet, online i get crushed left and right, worst hand always winning, im never sucking out over 750 ... why is everyone so worried about pokerstars pulling out? (facts) First of all, Pokerstars is a very successful site, that is privately owned, and it is very doubtful they will pull out. The facts are this, the bill that has been passed, disobeys the laws created by the World Trade Organization (WTO). They are currently in the process of bringing a law-suit to the US because of this new bill. Back in 2004 Antigua and Barbados was succesful in suing the US won the case that allowed them to still run all of their sportsbooks/poker sites (small sites, nothing like Pokerstars). i thought turbos were better for good players?? i cant win at turbo's in sngs or heads up.....i played about 40 regular $5-$10 heads up PLO...only lost 8 and won 32...played 10 turbos lost 7 won 3....i just get sucked out all the time, get it in with the best hand and lose consistently, i had a sick suckout when i went runner runner boat on a flush flopped all in preflop for one win....but the suckouts are disgusting... then i crush the 5.50 regular sngs, but get destroyed by donkeys in the 6.50 turbos....i don't get it, can anyone help me out here' what the hell am i doing wrong' Posted in: Poker Discussion	Aces_Kid Jan 15th, 2007
problem veiwing videos at cardrunners... i have downloaded a few videos, because i can't watch them streamed for some reason, and now i cannot watch them by downloading, it says "cannot view wihtout being connecting to the internet, on media player" then i connect try again and it says the same thing, like i do not have a legal agreement thing. it's very frusterating Posted in: Poker Discussion	Aces_Kid Jan 14th, 2007

how do you beat the 6.50s i cant win at this level i crushed the 1.75s over 350 sngs and had a 23% ROI....then i moved to 5.50s over 100 i had a 31% roi.....now i just moved to the 6.50s and have a -14% roi.....im not playing any different, pushing at the right time, and have the best hand over 90% of the time when i go out....in the 5.50s i only had the best hand when i went out (before 1st) 74% of the time....whats the key to these'' i can't figure it out.... and yes my sharkscope sucks, thats why i had a couple friends teach me the ropes and just started playing over a month ago, and have built a roll from the 1.75s... losing $1 million dollars at 10/20 20/40 limit holdem?? so sitting at a table 20/40 holdem at foxwoods, a couple oriental guys from NY were playin, one guy played every single hand, after awhile i get up and leave, my dad sits at the table, the same guy is still there and my dad won a pot off of him, after the action went, him raise, my dad reraise, him reraise, and my dad re-reraise, him fold...his friend says, why do you keep playing every single hand''...the guy says "well i had this and i had that", so his friend asked to tell a story about him he's like "okay" then his friend went on to tell the table he lost $1,000,000.00 playin poker last ... question for multi-table sng'ers.... i currently make around .30 cents per sng at 12 tabling at the 1.75 level, did a couple sessions of 6.50s and got rocked, well i think i played to scared because i didnt have many buyins....but still.... i have a set up where i can play upto 24 tables now....12 tabling 1.75s i made a couple hundred dollars after a good amount, this is the month im tryin to make as much profit as possible, and then still beable to move up and such....thanks for the input or help if any aces Posted in: Poker Discussion	Aces_Kid Jan 4th, 2007
