UFC 143 Diaz vs. Condit Well based on Fightmetric, I was wrong on round 3. They gave it to Condit in a close round. They have round 4 being the most dominant round of the fight. They do however have Condit outlanding Diaz 151-105 in significant strikes. Posted in: Off Topic |

UFC 143 Diaz vs. Condit IMO rounds 3 and 4 (for Condit) were by far the easiest rounds to score in the fight. I'm not sure how anyone could give Diaz the 3rd. Is it really octagon control if your goal is to push your opponent into a corner and punish him, yet everytime you get him there he escapes almost immediately' And regarding the effectiveness of Condit's strikes, I will be surprised if the stats don't show Condit landing more significant strikes than Nick. (UFC 1/28/12) Munoz hurt...Now we get to watch Chael destory Bisbing instead woohoooo Do you just ignore the strikes he throws' He landed 214 total strikes (39 significant) against Marquardt in three rounds. Against Okami, he landed 144 (91 significant) in three rounds. Those are pretty good totals. I agree that he isn't really a finisher, but to suggest that he didn't dominate Marquardt or Okami is silly. Posted in: Off Topic |

Add in the 2 takedowns and that seems like a pretty clear round for Chael. Posted in: Off Topic |

The Finals: Best Picture Nominated Film Bracket 2000-2010 You say that Chigurh isn't unique, yet every character you compare him to is inhuman in some way (monsters and fantasy characters). Chigurh is a human, plain and simple, yet he encompasses all the traits that would normally be assosciated with fantasy monsters. Michael Myers would be the closest thing to a human from the group you listed, but his inability to be killed makes him inhuman. Posted in: Off Topic |

NBA All-Star Weekend While I agree that all 4 guys did a great job, I don't really think it's a good thing most objective people would probably say the contest was a little rigged. If anyone can watch Demar's first dunk and Blake's second dunk (the whole performance, including all the misses) and honestly tell me that Blake deserved a 46 and Demar deserved a 44 I'd be surprised. NBA All-Star Weekend There is no way Blake Griffin should have made the finals. Even if we ignore the fact that his first dunk got scored too high (a 49 on the 3rd attempt after he dialed down the degree of difficulty), how does his second dunk beat DeRozan's first dunk' They both took multiple attempts to dunk the ball of the backboard (Blake's from the side, Demar from underneath), but Demar actually threw it down between the legs while Blake pretty much just powered it through. And that doesn't even account for Serge getting robbed on the free throw line dunk. Based on just their first 2 dunks, Blake probably ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Ndamukong Suh: Beastmode Based on this, it would seem as if you never watch the NFL. It has been part of the refs job to protect the QB for years now, and has been a point of emphasis for the league.
