Tonite i was 4 handed for an $18,000 Aussie Million prize pack and had 40% of the chips in play. It was winner take all. I'm holding out a shred of hope that 1 or 2 of the other players also DC'd and we can start back up where we were. But it was UB so i doubt i'll even get a response to my email.

FWIW I just got off the phone with Mediacom, my ISP, and they assured me they don't have the ability to block access to certain applications.

I hadn't played Magic until about 6 months ago. I had a buddy trying to get me to play and I was intrigued by the great poker success of many Magic players so I decided to give it a shot and see if I could draw the parallel between the two. I really enjoyed it. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I found myself pushing poker to the side because playing Magic was more exciting for me at the time. It was a nice escape from poker which burns me out easier than most players. Since then, I haven't played quite as much but I certainly recommend it to anyone who is considering giving it a shot.
