Re(6): High Stakes Absolute players: please read
The theory is false. 1)Ptrack Pat confirmed on the PT forums that there was no virus ever uploaded to the site; 2)The first cheating account was active on August 23'rd and could have been around before that.

High Stakes Absolute players: please read
Pocketfives mods: Please don't delete this if it's breaking any rules - move it to an existing thread if you have to. I do believe this warrants a new thread, though. All, As one of the guys breaking the news, I've taken it on myself (tbh, because I've got nothing better to do - thank God I never really played much on AP) to compile a bunch of this information from multiple sources and get a clearer picture of what went on at AP these last few weeks. Schneids is handling the LHE side of this since he's got the contacts, and I've taken the NL/MTT angles. Unfortunately, we have a major ...

Re(3): Absolute--thread on 2+2
Crossposting from 2+2: thanks to p5's, I got the HH for potripper's first 2 hours. Unfortunately, PT can't import it for some freak reason again, so I'm going through it manually. First big doubleup hand: Table: 13 (Real Money) Seat #3 is the dealer [ 2007-09-12 21:15:24 ] Stage #896578317 Tourney ID 1883389 Holdem Multi Normal Tournament No Limit $20 - 2007-09-12 21:15:24.010 (ET) Seat 4 - POTR0AST ($9875 in chips) Seat 5 - POKERME420 ($10320 in chips) Seat 6 - SCOTT_NZL ($9795 in chips) Seat 7 - DZ00NUTS ($8452 in chips) Seat 8 - KOOLKEITH13 ($9960 in chips) Seat 9 - SCARFACE_79 ($9970 ...

Lenny, This is real and certainly about more than a couple of hands. Feel free to IM me if you have any questions. I strongly suggest you allow these threads to remain up, because if you know anyone in the community who knows me, they will tell you that I would not have posted that thread unless I was 100% convinced by the numbers inside it.

Re(1): DO YOU FEEL SAFE WITH MONEY AT SMALL SITES?
I have a large chunk of my roll on Cake for obvious reasons :) They're not going anywhere and should become a much larger site in the future - if I'm wrong on this, I'll be the first to go down with the ship. Other sites..."it depends". I'm a lot more confident in sites like truepoker or over somebody like Planet, but YMMV.

Well, I'll certainly play it again if they keep it @ 200K...:P BTW, the software is way better in general lately - I've only had one instance of it crashing that I can remember this month. Thanks for leaning on them.

I was really surprised when you shoved, I'll put it that way. The bottom line is, this is never AQ, and he's never folding, so what's the point'

Re(1): Time to start a discussion, key hand from UB 250k
Hey Bel0w, gg yesterday. I apologize about the luckbox again, lol. In answer to your question...I don't think I make this fold with your image (I mean, I couldn't even fold A9 to you or something.) Any decent player knows your range here isn't that tiny. It's not totally horrific or anything, but I wouldn't do it. The reason I'm posting, though, is that I would never ever show that fold for any reason and I think it seriously messes up your game at that table. I would be shocked if thay3r, to name one guy, didn't notice that and make a note of it. Yes, I know you can adjust, but if you ...

Re(3): worst fold you have ever made?
Yeah I think I actually am ahead, +dead blinds, +going from the short stack to back in the game...I don't think that was close vs. him, honestly.

Re(1): worst fold you have ever made?
AJ, That's by far not the worst fold anyone's ever made. I was watching, also put him on a big range, and would probably have shoved, but I'd have to think about it for a while (and that's with the history I've got with gobbo...I know you're still confused about that QJ hand, lol). BTW, FWIW, you were the guy I didn't want at the FT. Good luck and take it easy.

Re(1): bodog 100k
Hey guys, Just registered to say thanks for keeping it civil. Compared to many of the other railbirds the P5's are always a decent bunch. Have to admit one thing about the last hand - your raise sizes ITM and at the FT had me off base enough that I took it as an overbet steal and didn't think it was anywhere near as good as AQ. You played very well and I was not thrilled about getting you heads up. Good game.
