What are some of the reactions you get when talking about your chosen career?
I never post here, but this is a funny question because this past weekend I was at my 10 year HS reunion; so this question came up a lot, I have been on a live tear around FL so people have read about some of my tournament scores on FB, so everyone thought it was awesome that I was able to something I love, so really every reaction lately has been positive.

hey man its Andrew i busted 12th last night to the NITROLLER, but I can't believe that happend (well i can) but thats messed up, I dont know if you can do anything though. Sorry to hear about that though.

I took 12th, got to 240k within an hour from my starting 37800, thanks to Asian Jimmy; lost some it back, then after bubble burst was up to 400k, went back to down to 320k or so. At 16 we redrew, I lost 140k QQ v. TT aipf, so was back short. The last hand of 4k/8k jonathon westra opened to 22k, i reshipped 135k from the sb with A8, bb tanked for literally (i watched the clock) 6 minutes and finally called with QQ. yay old dog track nits. Oh well the tournament was great structurewise. I was kinda card dead for 2 days, and still never felt any pressure from the blinds or antes.

i would guess close to 200, running satties and giving seats away for hand prizes and stuff. Not that it means anything but 2 first days, so hopefully they are expecting 100 or so each day.

Well the guarn. is lol 50k (way to take a shot there pokerroom) but the structure is sick, normal pokerroom garbage you dont ante till 400-800/100, this is actually really good antes start at 150-300/25, Chad Brown might have had a hand in that.

im pretty sure they have satties at st. johns and op all next week too, and are giving seats away as high hand prizes and stuff, so should be SUPER SOFT. Day 1a and b are next fri and sat. not sure what time, 2 probably.

Any P5ers coming to Jacksonville next weekend for the $880 Chad Brown Tournament should be a great tournament for Florida' 20k starting stack 60 min. levels

that is awesome, i randomly clicked on this thread, and see a picture of crab island; love to see all the love for Destin, I grew up there, and still have most of my family there. I too have been to atlantis, aruba, and i live at the beach in Jacksonville, and it is hard to be impressed with other beaches, when you grew up in Destin.

I dont post here much just lurk, respect a lot of players here tremdously anyway, just figured I would brag, I won the 7:15 double shootout for the PCA, was able to get lucky and beat tmay420 heads up at my first table, final table 3 handed i had 1100 v. like 5k and 7k, got a double up with QT v. A5, to get to like 2300, then they got all with AQ for the big stack and JJ for the other, AQ wins, so i get heads up with 2200 v. 11k, i doubled through him with KT v. K9 on a KJx flop, and then it was all over once i got some chips to play with the blinds 50-100 and able to chip up and stay patient ...
