$2,500 to play Augusta
Damn, I would pay 30k for a foursome on Augusta. If anyone knows of any charity auctions where you can bid on a round at Augusta I would love to know about it.

why is mekhi phifer a red pro?
Be a "realist" to your friends. Why you feel the need to clown his name in a public forum is unknown to me. There's a good chance he's getting a lot of other well known people into poker which would make him an amazing ambassador for the sport and all you can do is insult his game on a public forum. In the great words of Chris Berman (or at least of the espn MNF crew)... "C'mon, MAN!"

Re:March Madness in Vegas
Okay so I called Legasse's and got on their list for the 18th-22nd. It's a mandatory $200 tab per person for the day which I actually didn't think was that bad considering that A: we'll be drinking like crazy all day and B: I assume the food is really good and we'll eat 2 meals.. Do you think we might still not get in though' Also we were thinking about trying to make backup plans at either Aria or Wynn but if someone recommends anywhere else that you can actually get a table ahead of time so I don't have to wait 2 hours before they open that'd be great. Thanks

Yeah I'm wondering same thing. I'd gladly pay to reserve a table each day. Can you do that anywhere'

Re(2): 25/50 hand, how is my line?
I actually think w/ the way he described poopers thoughts of him calling w/out 2nd nut flush is a total spew. Exploitability wise its wrong but str8forward 25/50 players are not bluffing here nearly a big enough % of time to call. And I would guess poopers folded.

Re(6): 25/50 hand, how is my line?
Yea its just so improbable u have air here that he doesn't have odds to make a call vs a guy he would consider str8forward. In general I find that frequency wise random normal players don't really bluff enough in spots like this to make it profitable to call if you are in poopers position. Also, hypothetically speaking, are u shoving w/ 2nd nut flush or flat calling' Because if you're not then essentially if he has like the 2nd or 3rd nut flush it's not much different than a baby flush.

Re(2): 25/50 hand, how is my line?
If u know he'd raise for value on that board w/ a small flush (assuming he would fold that small flush to your shove if he's a winner and views u as very str8forward) then I like it not necessarily because its +ev (although it could be) but its great for metagame purposes as it will lead the opponent to play weaker vs you in the future.

I just am making sure I'm not getting leveled here... Is this a joke post' Maybe my sarcasm detector is off. If I'm getting leveled here than congrats, but what planet does someone fold QQ 1/2 the time but shove AK 100% of the time' Please explain that one to me.

Are u sure you're not making an excuse to gamble hoping u are chopping or maybe 45%. I do it all the time but I usually just rationalize it the way I did above and not by saying it was the right play.

That is really really sick. I don't really see it being a bluff that often but I'm not sure what to put him on. Would he slow play 22 or 99 like that' Maybe 88' I don't see it being 2 pair all that often.... maybe A 10 but unlikely to me.
