You were close with that choke, but you can't complete a clock choke with both hooks in. If a clock choke was your goal. You should have grabbed his left arm with your left hand to keep him in place, dismounted to your right, and then switch the hips as you walk your body around in front of him (you walk out like you are the hands of a clock rotating around his neck). Which life is the better life?
Once you added in the forced religion (or non-religion) part, you took away the person's autonomy. You may as well add to the 'B' option, that in addition to everything you listed, the person was not free to think for themselves. Doesn't sound right to me. Not all tickets will be the same, so it's not logical to just keep spitting out tickets based on the last to get one. Wouldn't you just queue up the tickets and as someone completes or pends a ticket, the next in the queue would be assigned to that person' The queue would be set up as 'first in first out'

Most dangerous thing you've been a part of?
I was in college back when Russia first started to fall apart and I had a roommate from Russia. Back then, there was a lot of smuggling of stuff out of the country. I got involved in a job to pick up a truck truck full of stolen mercury drive it to NJ. I don't know how much mercury is worth, but appearently it's worth a lot. Anyway, on our way to NJ, we get pulled over because the truck wasn't registered. I'm thinking that I'm either going to jail forever for smuggling mercury or the stuff would be confiscated and Russians would end up cutting me into pieces. The truck did get towed, but it ...

Saving the details... I had a similar incident where I lost my cool with punk kids (I went a bit further), but I regretted it. Those kids fucked with me for 2 summers after that. Egging the house, smashing the mailbox, etc. They have much too much time on their hands. You probably should have just called the police. That way the kid wouldn't be all but hurt about getting punked out in front of his friends. He'll definately mess with your property.

Advice for Contesting a Speeding Ticket
You are getting a shitload of bad advice. Don't hire a lawyer, that is just dumb. They are expensive and you aren't facing jail time. Also, weather or not you were truly speeding doesn't matter. Here is what you do: 1.) When you mail in the ticket, check that you are pleading innocent. Most of the time, about 80% in my experience, you'll get a response in a few weeks saying that the ticket is nollied. End of story. How often are we folding QQ here with ~19bbs vs a 3bet??
Never would I fold QQ with 19BB's. Even if I called and the guy shows AA, then I would just think it was bad luck, not that I should have folded.

I think this is a very easy call for you. Here are some reasons why: 1.) After your raise, you are getting pretty close to 2:1 odds on the call. Not quite, but pretty close. 2.) He has just under 15 BB's, his pushing range is pretty wide (Lots of Aces, any pair) 3.) TT is a strong hand.

Ethical dilemma
Maybe the staffing agency pays on a two week delay and your new company pays on a one week or no delay at all. It's possible there was no mistake whatsoever. This is also your story, should someone ask you. In the mean time, do not spend the money because if one of them realizes the mistake, they will reclaim the money electronically (I assume you are paid electronically), and if you overspend, this could cause you to bounce checks. Just leave what you think is extra in the bank until you quit for grad school and find out if they ever came looking for the money.

My cousin has one. He loves it. He says it feels great and he especially likes that the in side stuff (he says it looks like a squid) can be removed from the casing for easy clean up and maint. He says it's just as good as the real thing.

Weekend Warrior Home Improvement Question...
Wood filler is a pain in the ass to work with. Only use it to fill the holes if you plan to stain the molding. If you are going to paint, use spackle. Definately do not use caulk.

What's the biggest mistake you've ever made at work?
I don't have anything interesting about my own mistakes, but I do know of two good ones that others did in places that I worked. 1.) One guy during his first week working in finance sent an e-mail to everyone in the company with an attachment that had a report of everyone in the company and their salary. The company told everyone to leave for the day, so that the IT department could check everyone's computer to ensure that no one saved the report. 2.) This one's better.... I hate girl scout cookies because I hate the fact that they set up their tables right outside the grocery store exit and practically attack you asking if you want cookies.
