Re:my "mate" blew my full tilt roll I am an attorney, and I can tell you that if a client of mine ever got sued because he was granted access to someone's poker acocunt and proceeded to lose the other person's money... the case would likely be dismissed before it ever saw the light of day. Problem is, not only did you let him do this, you let him do this regularly! What are you going to sue him for' Negligence' Conversion' Theft' Being a jerk' I can sit and type out the reasons all of these will fail if you'd like. General Advice re: HU SnG No specific hand history. Just wanted some advice on playing someone who is raising 8 or 9 out of every 10 pots pre-flop. I think I am getting tripped up by opening up my range of starting hands and calling with cards that are less than ideal. My concern in folding non-stop is getting blinded to death. Re:Hand advice on flopped flush please... Interesting, thanks all for the responses. I ended up checking, he bet 400, i raised to 1400, he folded. I was torn because I knew if I checked I risked him checking, and then seeing a spade come on turn, and have him sitting with As. Re:Whats your ruling..... At most poker rooms in Atlantic City (Taj, Trop...), the hand would not be mucked if the cards were still in front of him. If he tossed them into the middle, or made a gesture towards the much, different story. Happened at a 2-5NL table I was playing at a year or two ago at the Trop. Two people left in hand, some donk pushed all in for some ridiculous amount over the pot. Player 2 thought for a bit, said "oh man" and flipped his cards over.
