Hey Guys, I know this doesn't affect most of you guys. However, I wanted to let you know the update we just had focused on two things. 1. Heads Up Tables are changing back to the previous logic. Players will be given the option to auto post their blind or post their blind play by play. (This was the previous logic on all tables prior to us switching to all players being sat out and set to wait for big blind.) 2. Hey Guys, Just wanted to give you guys a brief description of what was changed last night. 1. All players will now be set to 'Wait for Big Blind' when first joining a table. You may disable this option if you wish to post the big blind out of position to get dealt cards the next hand. 2. Sit Out Next Blind will sit you out after you complete the UTG hand on the table you enable it. It is located where 'Auto Post Blind' used to be. 3. Hey Guys, I would like to ask a couple of you to help me out. Our development teams needs copies of some files that will help them track down the issue. Apparently, they are not able to see it from our end and the files will show why the errors are occurring. These files are only stored on your computer and stay on there for only 2 days. So, if you registered for any tournament yesterday or today, and were taken to an empty table, your files would still be on your computer. Here is how to find them. Hey, I will see if we can get this rule changed. I will see if we can get any tournaments that a player is registered in that are not played on the day he is currently playing do not count towards the maximum number of tables you are allowed to play on. I think any tournaments that are atleast a day from starting should not count towards the limit on the day you are playing. Hopefully, it will be an easy solution. Hey Guys, I apologize about the issue in which you were being taken to an empty table. Our development team had been looking at the issue since the first report on here and by players sending the issue to our CS Team. I was told this morning that the issue regarding players being taken to empty tables has been resolved. There were around 15 of you that reported this issue in this thread. Hey, I just checked out the 3K GTD that starts at 9am ET. It takes points to enter it. 5,000 points to be exact. These are the same points you use to buy items in the store. I know not all tournaments accept points as buy-in but I believe a lot of our GTDs do. I will see if I can get a list of the tournaments that allow players to buy-in with points for you. Also, from what I am told, we will be switching to allow all players to buy-in a tournament with currency, points or TDs in the near future. Consolidated UB for macs software issues?
Hey Guys, We are aware of the issues with the Mac. We are working on getting this issues resolved asap. Could you please try this out and let me know if it works. Go to Finder > home folder > library > preferences, then delete folders ubcom and UltimateBet Once those two folders are removed and trash can is emptied, go to and re-download / re-install. Hey Guys, I tried searching the forums cuz I know this was brought up but unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact thread. Anyways, I wanted to let you guys know that we changed the 10 minute rule for un-registering from a tournament. You can now unregister from the tournament up to 3 minutes prior to it starting. Hey Guys, Wanted to let you guys know that PT and HM are not reading the HH correctly. We updated our HH ID with the prefix letter 'C' last night and it is affecting the way PT and HM read the files. Both PT and HM are aware of the issue as it was brought up on their forums. I have also sent an email to both companies informing them that if they need any additional information, to contact me. This should not be affecting Tournaments as those HH IDs were not changed. Only Ring Game HH IDs were changed. The only change to the ID was adding the letter 'C' to the start of the ...

Hey, I will check on that add-on break when it coincidences with a synchronized break. I agree that they should just be combined into one break. You mean, a tournament that reaches the prizes awarded to all players, tickets, goes on break even though all places have been determined but still requires players to wait till the break is over to be given their prize' I have not noticed the break clock goes to 1 second at the 1 minute mark' You mean that a full minute is skipped' Also, I am still confirming but Rat Holing time has been increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Seating Limit for HU Tables: Players will only be allowed to wait on one HU table per stake. Meaning, that if you are currently waiting for an opponent on a $1/$2 HU table, you will not be allowed to sit at another $1/$2 HU table till you have an opponent on your first table.
