Played Live for the first time
When Online Poker was going big in the US I played a ton of Micro Stakes SNGs and Tourneys, and built up a nice bankroll for micro stakes standards, and really enjoyed it. Well when it all went to hell, and Full Tilt took my small bankroll with them, I more or less stopped playing. This weekend I was in Vegas on business, and saw that the Casino I was staying at had a 60 dollar buy in NL tournament every evening, so I signed up just for fun. I have not played much for the last year, mostly just a tournament here and there. I was not a great player when I played alot..lol. Anyway I had built a hundred bucks into a thousand on Full Tilt mostly playing micro stakes sngs. I lived through all of those presidents, and remember the economy from during each of their terms. But this time is different. And it is the cumulative effect of all of the above. By the way Carter did more than his share and was the worst of the bunch. This chart alone tells the tale of what is coming. But the real culprit is the Fed printing money, kicking the can down the road, doing the exact same thing as Greece, Ireland and many other countries. You expect this much common sense from a Government who created the Dept. of Energy 34 years ago to cut our dependence on foreign oil, which at that time was 36 percent of our over all usage. Now, literally billions of tax dollars poured into this bureaucratic nightmare we are at 60 percent of the oil we use imported from other countries....I do not know what will become of this...and I hope it works out for the online poker players...I am just a very casual player but will miss it....but do not expect anything that makes any sense from our elected officials.

My Wife Went and Prayed at an Abortion Clinic Today
It's a simple ting! Several hundred years ago we had wolves, mountain lions and bears to keep the population in check. Not to mention diseases, bad winters, and serial killers you never knew about because there was no CSI. Today we have to kill our young in order to keep the population under control!! The oh so frustrating realities of our economy
I would suggest the following...Americans have had to much freedom, which was fed by the middle class being somewhat financially independent. I read this, and had to respond. When a union negotiates with a company, that company has a vested interest to make the very best deal it can in order to stay profitable. And if makes a bad deal and the company goes under, well that is the companies fault and the unions fault, and they all share in the downfall.
