Even the PROS do it! I was in a big Pot playing 10/20 PL Omaha and "Miami" John Cenuto stayed for one round of the table, took a big suckout pot of over $1500 from me and left without ever saying a word. AND, I even know the guy personally!

Update on Poker Padz
For some reason the original thread is locked and I cannot post or reply to it. It can be found here. I finally got my box and it had the four pads I ordered with "Poker Padz" logo and a dealer button. The dealer button was the wrong one. I ordered the fancy chrome with a hard case and got the standard DB2 button. I emailed them and explained that the description is different from the picture and I paid for the nicer one described. They told me they didnt even sell the one in the description and if I did not like it I could send it back. They said they would have tech look at the ...

So, I bought 4 and a dealer button for 50 bucks, It wasnt till the end AFTER checkout that i saw the 30 dollar shipping charge. It may have been there before i clicked to pay but I am not sure. I did UPS. I emailed em and told em to cancel unless they find a cheaper way. CHeck shippin cost before you buy. 70% is ridiculous.

Played at the Bellagio cash games many a time. Of course I dont have the roll for the big game but I knew alot of the staff well. I had the luxury of observing the game for a few hours last year. ALL of the players were very cordial as the got up for breaks or whatever. Spent quite a bit of time talking to Jen Harmon. As far as the players, alot of faces we all know and a couple of semi regulars. Talking to the staff they said that for the most part it is the same people trading money around. try out the slew of new fast routers. I have a LinkSys SRX200 which is a "faster stronger" signal. There are a ton of new one out ther. Definate improvement over standard router. Much more than tweaking the router. You need a compatible card to match the router also. I disable the one in the laptop and plug in the PCMIA card that matches. I can play at my neighbors house.

Thanks Mansion for promo
Had a few bucks left on Mansion so I played on of the promo events, Was a $200+15 with 20k added. 145 players so cashing made 540. I finished 5th for 3k so not a bad Christmas present. Play was bad and I mad a few bad plays to get short stacked. Nice bonus though. Im not playing much but doing well when i do! GL all

For me personally I like the 1100PM est time start or maybe 1030PM EST to replcae the old Paradise tourney. The chat is so much fun in the higher limit rebuys since everyone knows each other so well. This is by far the best deal on the net. It is a gaming Machine and seriously overpowered for poker but has a great screen, 6-8 tables easy on this one. picked it as the holiday laptop! I remember some TV clip from WSOP or something that showed Phil Ivey playing on his couch using his TV as a monitor. He was using a wireless keyboard and one of those mouses that slips over your finger. I believe it is a thumbwheel track ball like this one. Entirley possible..... I highly encourage the CAP games on FTP. Lots of fun! Also you can play at higher limits without fear of getting all in and experiencing the big suckouts. People are more likely to push all in when there loss is capped. I get set against top pair top kicker alot and just push in and get called. Different type of play involved. Try it!
