Re:How do I house train my dog? Ditto crate training and neutering. When he's inside - keep him on a leash with you (or the wife) at all times. If you can't do that, stick him in the crate. Don't give him a chance to get away and make a mess. It's a royal pain in the arse, but it shouldn't take more than a few days for him to get the point - especially if he was catching on before. He shouldn't mind being in a crate for eight hours - dogs sleep most of the day anyway. It can't be any less dull than being locked in the kitchen - and he won't have as much opportunity to get into trouble. GL ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:A question for ess/other OT cops I got a $300 ticket for yielding to a stop sign (turning right onto a two lane road with no traffic) in April. I was also detained for over an hour while my car and belongings were searched. There's nothing better than having a cop with FUPA pulling bras out of my overnight bag while I'm sitting on a curb at 6 PM on my way to a weekend softball tourney the BF was playing in. I really respect cops, but I was SO miffed at this. I've never been pulled over, never done drugs, don't drink, graduated with a bachelors at 20, etc etc. The best part was the: "Is there any ... Re:Cop vs EMT in Oklahoma I'm sorry, did the DA not drop the charges' The independent agencies are handling it in their own way, and I'm sure that they'll respond in the manner they need to. "Anyone who watches that and doesn't agree with firing that douche needs their head examined" I'm glad that instead of explaining why you disagree with me, you simply yield to the video and insult me. That's very helpful in getting your point across. I'm out. Again, sorry that our opinion differs. I'm glad you're so passionate about your stance. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Cop vs EMT in Oklahoma I'm not defending him. I'm just saying, I can kind of understand why things may have happened the way I've read they did on other sites. I've been in two discussions about this already. Just a question: Who has the right of way between a cop car and an ambulance' A direct quote from a friend of mine who is an EMT and who I happen to agree with on this issue: "My assumption is that the patient was not considered in critical condition, hence, no lights. Without lights/siren an ambulance is just another vehicle on the road, bound by all the traffic laws, including ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Cop vs EMT in Oklahoma I can't check out videos on this connection, but I think I know which event you're discussing. (At least, I sure hope it hasn't happened twice!) Not all is how it seems. BOTH parties have equal blame. Here is the Troopers Report, No charges have been filed: The problem wasn't the ambulance driver. Apparently one of the EMTs in the BACK of the ambulance, dealing with the patient they were currently transporting gave the officer the finger and it escalated from there. I do think the officer was out of line, but the Paramedic should have stayed in the back of the box with ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Carrying the wifes/ gfs purse. Yeah, I can't do lots of keys. I have the key to my house, the key to my truck, and the key to my horse trailer's tack room on a key ring that I keep in my car. Other than that - no keys for me! Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Carrying the wifes/ gfs purse. I carry my license, insurance, and a few credit cards in one of those cute, plain, black leather hinged clutches; I have a small, thin phone; and I only carry the key to my car. So, I guess occasionally I'll ask Mel to stick my key in his pocket, but otherwise - I just hold it in my hand. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:confession/am i the only one who....(w/ final edits) Well, I actually have quite the wonderful BF. That comment was just more of a "dude, either lower your standards or try harder - the older you get, the less I would care to explain". I just know that I don't want to sit there and explain things to someone, nor do I want to ever pretend I'm okay with sub-par sex. Or less than average stamina. If a guy can fake knowing what he's doing, I'd probably be fine with it. But the OP clearly can't. Sorry brah. Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Belmont Stakes - Sat Pick 4 Analysis *** Post your pix No kidding! My ghey Dish Network wasn't covering it, so I just looked up the results. I told the BF earlier it was going to be Summer Bird, Dunkirk, MTB. I wish I would've put money on it! FML! Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Belmont Stakes - Sat Pick 4 Analysis *** Post your pix I've don't bet on the races for money, but I've got a personal bet riding on Summer Bird. I don't think Chocolate Candy or Dunkirk can win it, personally. And I think MTB will be jostled around and have such an eye kept on him that it'll be difficult to get a break. I think he'll be top three, but we'll see what happens. I've never seen Charitable Man run, but I don't know how I feel about such an inexperienced horse running with these guys. Take my pick with a grain of salt though. I don't typically pay attention to TB racing - my personal horses ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Poem 1 - Falling for another women whilst engaged That's not true. "Nice guys finish last." My BF is a nice guy. He's also quite a badass. The problem isn't "nice". It's the other little personality traits that people seem to have when they identify themselves as "nice". The feeling of entitlement, the woe is me attitude, the lack of ability to stand up for yourself or what you feel is right, etc. I don't want to get to off-topic of the OP though. He's got a great poem! Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:Poem 1 - Falling for another women whilst engaged Oh, I'm not blaming men for anything. I happen to love Crown, sex, and gambling myself. I've just had the pleasure of knowing men my entire life who don't show much emotion. When I do come across a guy who does say - you know, life does affect me - it just makes me pause for a minute. LOL @ me possibly liking bfactor. When I showed up here the other day, everyone thought I was him' I am still getting PMs that say "I'm pretty sure you're not female." But, I will go check it out.
