Last night, I deposited $500 by check and played $2/$4 no limit for 11 hours. I won $508 (leaving my balance at $1008). Just for convenience, I called them back and asked them, "Would it be any trouble to cancel the deposit'" "No, and they cancelled it." After cancelling, they told me that if don't redeposit using a credit card within 12 hours, they will KEEP my profit. However, if I would have lost (and my check didn't clear), I would have been liable for the $500 (and been sent to a collection agency). Phil Hellmuth Camp (August 18th)
I am going to Las Vegas for my birthday in August. I was very pleased to see that the entire Phil Hellmuth camp is staying at Caesar's Palace (my home hotel) from August 18th - 21st. On August 18th, they are having a kick off party at Pure (nightclub in Caesar's Palace). I'm planning to go that club to see Phil and others. Hope to see you there! Resorts (East Chicago) 10 20 (Limit)
It's good to be off the internet for now, so I can focus on a safer more profitable investment (live poker at Resorts)! Last night, bought in for $500 (ended with $1,005). I was not involved in any monster pots, but won a great deal of $100 - $170 pots. Resorts is the old Harrah's and is the best poker room in Chicago (near Chicago). 100% non smoking environment with flat screen TVs and excellent new chips! Hope to see you there. I broke an excellent lab top (Dell Inspirion) when my mouse malfunctioned during a $200 heads up sit n go! I punched the screen and then broke against the floor. My goals was to quit playing poker, however my work gave me a computer (playing again)!

Ultimate Bet Play (Last Night)!
Lost $30 tournament ($2,500 guaranteed at 6:40 pm). Up $120 in 5 10 limit from 6 - 9 pm (Thunder Bay - Table). From 10 pm - 1 am, started with $300, ended with $700 (5 10 limit - Table Raith). Then, played SWAT.... in 3 $200 heads up sit n go matches. I won 2/3. He was not as good as I thought he might be. Up approximately $700 for the night. Thanks Phil (Hellmuth)! Aspen Extreme

Resorts (East Chicago)
Resorts is the old Harrah's in East Chicago. It is the best (cleanest w/ flat screens) poker room near Chicago. Their new chips are the best I've seen in Chicago. On Saturday night, I played 5 10 limit (after utilizing call ahead seating). I started with $300. Ended with $600 over 4 hours. I played too many hands, but had a couple lucky full houses. Either way, I enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it! Thanks, Aspen
