Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I am simply responding to people as they make their points. I offered early on to give anyone the trail of mails I had with PS, but nobody asked. I was very clear in my explanation of the problem and at no point was I hostile at all. As for name calling, I think that I have been on the end of quite a bit and responded appropriately. If I didn't believe that it was only going to take 5-10 minutes I wouldn't have registered for other tournaments on other sites and walked away. I didn't sit and click away at the cashier button, Every time a Stars tourney was to start that I had planned to play I ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
You [flame/name calling deleted] ubsolute. When the automated message says it will be sorted in 5-10 mins and it takes many hours, are you telling me I'm wrong for being pi55ed. CS compounded the problem beacause they didn't listen to the problem or try to address it until I had told them many times. Are you sure you don't work for them, you seem to have the same juvenile, arrogant attitude! To be fair I missed this post and he makes some decent points. We all have different experiences with different sites' support. We are not going to feel the same way about each site and thats how it ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I have dealt with support from all sites that I play on for one reason or another. Although not always perfect I have never needed to complain before. Stars apolgised after 3 days, after this thread started. I don't know if he plays cash or not, when he insults me I question the validity of his argument. Ipoker would have responded immediately, they have LIVE support which is excellent. Best I have come accross. Excellent CS operatives who listen to the problem and address it which is the opposite of what happened here. I am mad because I kept telling them that the problem wasn't that it ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I am responding to posts thats all. When you are told that your deposit will be ok in 5-10 minutes, you believe it. Idon't care who's fault it is, it doesn't matter. What does matter is being told something will be sorted when it isn't. You are an arrogant idiot. This thread is going nowhere and is just repeating. I've made my point and will stick with my decision. I have given information, what people do with it is their own business. I won't be contributing furthur as this thread has been turned into a farce by those who won't let a bad word be said about Pokerstars.

Thankyou Crumpin420. My problem is as clear as day but the likes of ubsolute want to turn things around.I've tried to keep to the facts but it feels one or two others want them buried.

Neteller didn't tell me it was going to take "5-10 minutes". I don't care if it takes 2 days as long as I'm not given duff information. Got no problem with that, just don't tell me it will take 10 minutes max. I dont expect royal treatment, just accurate information.

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
Seems you originally took umbridge that I said that British people are slow to complain. Since then all you have tried to do is insult me. I would guess that you still have a wasp up your backside about this judging by your persistent (un)wise cracks. I am here to discuss the facts, if you want a row I'm happy to take it away from this thread. People do not want to read a petty squabble, although like most children you probably like an audience to play to. As i said, I have never complained about any poker site. I did not expect things to happen instantly although every other deposit has ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
You are extremely arrogant. Who are you to tell me where and what I can post' And you are such a switched on person that you even know my needs and what I am trying to gain. I merely reported poor customer service to the forum, what people do with the information is their concern, not mine and certainly not yours. I wonder how impartial your view is. You seem very determined to discredit my argument for someone with no affiliation to Pokerstars. I question your motives. Would you rather I don't check this thread, so that you can have free reign to attempt to take the pi55 and move the thread ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
This is the only time I have started a thread as a member of p5s. In order to promote a solid debate I have checked the thread every 15 minutes to respond to points as they are made while I play a little cash. Is this attentiveness to people's posts wrong too' Can you stalk your own thread when you get so many replies' Is there any length that you Stars lovers will not go to to discredit anyone who disagrees with you' And in what way is my argument deranged' Stars themselves are reviewing the message and have financially compensated me! The only deranged thing I can see is you're brown ...

I posted an issue here and when members commented I responded. Seems that certain subjects are off limits and negative comments about pokerstars are not tolerated. I'm out too, pointless trying to debate with people who only want to shout you down. Hope they reward you well for this guys. Shameful

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I am saying that people who have experience of customer service with various sites, actually even if they have only experienced Stars customer service have a valid opinion. This guy clearly hasn't but decided to take the pi55 and tell me to get a life. The purpose of a forum is to record your views and that is what I'm doing. My point is that we deserve better as a community than the customer service that we receive. Many of you think that Stars are perfect it seems. I disagree strongly. Im certainly not crying about it but I question why people get defensive when pokerstars is criticised. If ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
Calling out someone's stats isn't to demean them. If they tell me to "get a life" I will ask what experience are they drawing on to be so bold as to insult me in this way. I question what experience someone has of standards of customer service when they have only cashed 4 times on stars and seemingly never played anywhere else!

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I regged for other tournaments at other sites thus was stuck playing 3 tournies in 8 hours. I wouldn;t have regged for these if Stars hadn't given me misinformation. Nothing like a well cosidered reply. Another blind defence of pokerstars, my my at least read the thread before you post this type of nonsense. Is there some kind of hypnosis going on here or is it just blind faith' It may surprise you to hear that some of us dedicate time to poker in return for profit. In order to make anything worthwhile we need to play more than 1 table at a time (multitabling). Not only is it not profitable ...

They probably paid you from the profit that was made from the last server crash. Scandalous. Know that happens less at PS than others but how does a company make a profit from their own technical issues. Unbelievably powerful marketing.

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
In the business world these companies would get murdered, particularly the big 2. It's almost like people are greatful that they can pay their rake to these guys, amazing how easily people absorb marketing. It's like saying X is a good person because he's not as bad as Y. X has only been convicted of manslaughter where Y is a convicted mass murderer. Expectations have to be lifted, these guys are getting rich and offering so very little in return. I knew when I posted this that I would face a certain amount of defence for Pokerstars. Sorry guys, Pokerstars is run less professionally than my ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I'm not saying that pokerstars wanted to annoy me so this is what they did. I am saying that they bahaved unprofessionally and clearly need training/new staff. They could have easily avoided my action, all it would have took is the reply I got in the 14th reply to be the first. I managed a cs team many years ago for a large Japanese IT manufacturer. If my guys performed their role this badly they would have been out of a job, they didn't because thay were pretty well trained and listened to their customers. To get the scale of the incompitance you would have to read the email chain. ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I told them clearly that the message was the problem, 14 times. On the 14th mail finally they got it. Seems this customer service is the best we can expect, are you kidding me. I would agree that cake have better CS as do ipoker. I know that PS employ lots of people and I expected a certain amount of defence., but how can you defend the indefencable. I already had low expectations, I am certainly not new to poker. UK players don't have deposit problems, every site always goes straight through within 1 minute with neteller, and I mean always. There is always a first and I accept that no ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I looked back at the post and it seems pretty clear. Please let me know what confused you and I will spoon feed it to you. I was told at 5.45am that my deposit would be sorted in "5-10 minutes". That was fine so I registered for 3 other tournaments because I would be able to play the 8 tournaments on stars that i planned. Went to reg at 6am, money not cleared and got message saying "5-10 minutes" again. The message didn't say "we hope to have it sorted in 5-10 minutes but there is a problem", it said all is fine, please wait 10 minutes max. 5 hours later I'm still getting the same message. ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I appreciate your views re- pokerstars customer service. I wish I could post the 28 messages that went to and fro but that may possibly mean that p5s need a new server. To be able to offer good customer service the main things you need to do is 1 Listen to your customer. 2 Empathise 3 Take responsibilty When I have to explain to 5 different people that the problem wasn't that I can't deposit, it is that the automated message was wholly misleading and resulted in a wasted day for me. And after every clear explanation they ALL told me that its not their fault etc that I can't deposit it gets ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
Why the hell is leaving Stars retarded' I can play on any number of sites, why should I play at a site who do not value their customers. I know we have an awfiul lot of fanboys for one site or another but there is no excuse for the appalling customer service. I knew when I posted this that the Stars lovers amongst us were to jump blindly to the defence of their beloved site. This time Pokerstars know they're out of order and wouldn't defend themselves because they were very very wrong. Who needs to be told something 14 times before they get it' I think people deserve better from both FT and ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
If you didn't read the thread you are not qualified to tell me that the title is "bad". I defy you to read the 28 messages between me and pokerstars support before you tell me that their customer service is anything but appalling. It took me telling them what the problem was 14 times before they actually addressed it. As an update they have apologised, promised that they will speak to the developers to change things and compensated me financially. This is not enough because for the first 13 mails they sent me they were trying to absolve themselves of responsibilty and completely ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
If I were to be anti any particular site because of results etc it would be FT. I make a good profit elsewhere (not too great on stars but still a profit). I have no reason at all of being anti-stars. I have managed recruitment businesses for most of my career. This is a competitive industry where client relationships and public persona is massive. If ANY organisation spoke to a client in the way that I was spoken to, they wouldn't have a business. If I were to see correspondance of this type from anyone working in my teams, they would be shown the door immediately. The fact that this shabby ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
Don't get me wrong, I can't knock the speed of their replies. What gets me infuriated is when time after time they don't even attempt to address the issue. They felt that the issue was that I couldn't deposit, despite me telling them over and over again that it was the misinformation that really annoyed me and put me out. In at least 4 emails I said basically"you are missing the point, the misleading message is the problem" and time after time I got the reply of "its not our fault you couldn't deposit". I didn't want compensation, I certainly didn't want less than $2 worth of it, thats like ...

Pokerstars don't care for their customers
I have never had a spat with any poker site in my entire life until now. Typically British, I take an awful lot before I complain. The problem started the other morning. I decided to shift my my session to 6am-Midday BST registration, playing mainly the the 30 freezes and down on stars and the 24 Freezes on tilt. 8/12 of the tournaments were top be played on stars. I dragged myself out of bed at 5.30am after 3 hours sleep and started to register my 12 tournaments. One problem, stars account empty so needed to refill from neteller where I have a decent amount of $. This is always instant so ...

Moorman kicked out of WSOP
Are you always this miserable' Are all 2378 of your posts of this kind of value. Brummieboy has given you a spot to take the pi55 out of moorman and the others for extreme drunkeness. LOL at him and them them for all the right reasons and lol at you for being painfully sober with clearly nothing to say. If you don't give a **** thats fine but others found it funny, I certainly did. I would start commenting on the posts you do give a flying one about rather than those you dont. I dont care which is better any more,HEM or PT3 but if someone starts a thread about it I'll not comment, capiche'
