PRK or LASIK?
Yeah, there's two sides to it; if you don't use your full election the employer, or whoever funds the FSA, keeps the money at the end of the year. The other part being you have your full election available to you up front to use and you make payments each pay period. If you quit, get laid off, or fired you don't have to pay back any funds you use in the FSA even if it's more than what you paid into it.

PRK or LASIK?
Strange story behind my Lasik. First off; got it cheap, saw a random commercial on TV for Lasik deals $500 per eye. I just went through a good run playing poker online so I jumped on it. Got the procedure done, nothing about the place I went to seemed strange. Doc's were professional, prescribed me drops after the surgery, had regular checkups etc. A few months later I told a friend from college about the place and he wanted to come out and have the surgery, he researched the place online only to found out the place got shut down and was ran by a doctor that had his license pulled in Ohio. I ...

Meatless Mondays
I work for a natural food store that has a Vegan Deli and the food is really good. One of the chefs is a Macrobiotic and raw foods chef, he has a lot of knowledge on foods and recipes. They make a different soup every day that is always good, brocolli and leek soup, thai corn chowder, roasted veggies and Quinoa soup. They all taste great. Also sandwiches and wraps that are meat and soyless that all taste pretty good. I'm pretty convinced if you have knowledge of food preparation and different things to cook, you probably won't miss meat much at all.

Deadliest warrior. Vampires vs Zombies.
It's funny I was flipping through channels the other day and this show was on spike, and New Jack City was on another channel. I started thinking if they would ever do a Deadliest Warrier, Nino Brown Vs. Tony Montana or something like that. The show is definitely running out of ideas...

Anxiety attacks
My best friend has serious anxiety, it literally can cripple him for days at a time. He said that they came on randomly after his mother died when he was 19. As far as I know, he's tried every kind of medication, as well as Yoga, meditation, and some alternative stuff. From what he's told me, nothing has gave him any long term help for the condition. He used to be one of the most active people I knew, was involved in just about everything, and now he cannot even keep a job. I hope you get good advice in this thread, because usually when I see somebody ask about anxiety they get ridiculed as ...

Re:Watched Strasburg pitch tonight...
He made guys look foolish all night, I knew he threw hard, but I didn't know his breaking pitch would be so unhittable as well. I bought a bunch of tix when I first heard he was coming, my mom ended up coming and she started complaining about how it was unfair they let him pitch at that level...lolollool Francisco Liriano pitched for the Redwings back in 05, I saw two of his starts and he was phenomenal. Doesn't really compare to what I saw out of Strasburg though...

Watched Strasburg pitch tonight...
Fastball was at 98 past the 5th inning, his curveball looked unhittable. Went (i think) 6 1/3 and gave up 4 hits, handfull of strikeouts. I would say the hype around him at this time is warranted. His pitch count went up this game, so I think one more start and he will be in the Majors.
