pick your poison A day that starts with me smoking blunts and playing FIFA with my boys, followed by a early afternoon bar trip, followed by some bong hits, a night out with friends and more drinking, bring a girl home, popping a xanax, smoking a bowl or two with the girl and proceeding to bang and not waking up until you are once again alone in your bed = stress reliever Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? I would prefer to win the WSOP Main Event before doing that... Umm maybe, but to tell yo the truth, money is to be made in club soccer. You find a great demographic, start up a youth club, and you can BANK so hard. My director of coaching only runs his club, nothing else...and drives a 745 and has a nice ass house on the northside of Chicago...so im guessing he makes 100k+ easy considering his wife doesnt work. Career wise, the best thing for me would be my friend accepting the Sockers FC director of coaching gig that was offered to him. This would make him a top 25 club coach in the nation ... Ireland to the World Cup? It's sad, but due to the american landscape, sheer size and undeveloped soccer history, and lack of lower tier league thanks to college teams, some of the best amateur teams in the states play in separate no name regional leagues. My team is actually one of the worse ones in the lower division of the league, but teams from our league regularly beat USL teams in the US Open Cupand other tourneys, the same teams that regularly beat MSL teams. Not saying we are anything close to professionals, bc our weekend activities will prove otherwise, but I guarantee that my best 18 guys easily ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? pretty much what i meant, just said thru someone that actually experienced the change. Also, pick up the book "how soccer explains the world" An incredible read, you don't even have to be a soccer fan to appreciate it. Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? Nice, my dad and grandpa played for the Dynamo Kyiv youth teams back in the USSR so he wasn't too far away from you, since Turkey is right across the Black Sea. Too bad both of them were alkies and wasted their talent. As for you, sorry for coming across as condescending, I just strongly disagree with the challenges idea and thought you were just some clueless soccer yankee. Awesome I got to talk to you, your experiences on and off the field are probably amazing. You're right, Turkish soccer wasn't as developed back then for many reasons. Correct me if I am wrong, but Turkey ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? 1. LOL, I'm not gonna try to argue with you about the validity and contents of my "resume". 2. That's awesome that you played for them. Care to give me your name, would love to look you up. An American playing in Turkey' Shouldn't be too hard to track down thru the USSF... 3. Not trying to bring you down, would honestly love to look you up since it is very impressive if you played for them. They have the most electric crowd in Europe and I am not exaggerating. Also, if you came up in the States, then we definitely know the same people here and there... Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? OKKKKK first of all, when I made fun of your cluelessness for thinking having challenges is a good idea, I was trying to counter that reviews for diving would be silly and the idea of "challenges" is laughable in soccer. So basically I was making the same point about the fluidity of the game not need be disturbed and it is almost impossible to incorporate that into today's game. There are way too many "purists" that are high up in Fifa's totem pole and will never allow any technology to prevail in soccer. Now, as for the part of you "forgetting more about ... Ireland to the World Cup? "I would have replay for goals scored and for dives." How the fuck do you prove with INCONCLUSIVE evidence that a person dove to gain an advantage on the field. There is such a fine line between a dive (cheating) and falling down purposefully after you have already been fouled in order to get that set piece. (not even close to cheating) Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? I never said my idea is great, that's the problem of introducing technology into soccer, it is almost impossible to do. So if you have a better idea, I'm all ears. And when I say benefit of the doubt, I'm talking about within 2-3 feet of the defender, any halfway decent referee at the top level will tell you that it is those inches that make it close to impossible to make a correct ruling at the speed of play and player movement. Not wanting to talk to the cops? The state of Florida has already spent more money on this issue than can be justified. Unless they are acting on tips that Tiger's wife got pissed bc their recent 1000 Kilo shipment of coke got picked up by the DEA and in turn broke his windows for being irresponsible, this should no longer be a news story. Ireland to the World Cup? Would have loved to see the shitstorm that would ensue if there was an open spot and Ireland wasn't the one given it. As for soccer rule changes, the only thing I think should be changed is offside rulings. It wastes more goal scoring chances and in turn, games, then any other rule in any other sport. For me, an effective way of solving this would be to have instant replay but ONLY for goals that were scored after a questionable offside call. So the referrees would have to give the bennefit of the doubt to any attacking player and if he scored and the referee wasn't sure about the ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Ireland to the World Cup? ummm no. Why can't people use fucking logic' Ireland getting into the world cup in either scenario is simply not possible. In the case of the Chilean team, their spot would have to go to someone from South America, not to someone that has the most hurt feelings. As for Ireland being the 33rd team into the world cup.... Looks Like they caught the Cop Killer The four officers were awaiting the start of their shift at a coffee shop that's a popular hangout for law enforcement officers. They were in uniform and had marked patrol cars parked outside. The shop is in Parkland, an unincorporated community just south of Lakewood and about 10 miles from Tacoma. Looks Like they caught the Cop Killer ok several things... My thoughts go out to the officers' families, this is a terrible, heinous crime that deserves the full arm of the law to strike down on the perp. However, for a mentally incapacitated man to be able to outshoot, outwit and outmaneuver 4 sworn police officers is a shame. I don't have this confirmed, but to do this with a handgun is even worse It is every police officer's responsibility to stay fit mentally, emotionally and most importantly, physically. I understand that policing today is different than it has been in the past, and I am not saying we should ... Posted in: Off Topic |
