Do quick-deposits work for US players on ftp?
Just curious. Have yet to ever deposit $ on ftp. always did the p2p xfer and i may take advantage of the deposit bonus. I know i heard echecks werent working for US players on stars. Is this a possible deposit method for ftp'

HEM for Bodog?
fair but note i dont want/need to use a hud. i simply like to have # of hands tracked, and at what limits, and see the bb/100, hrly rate, etc. i dont use hud for any of the sites. if there is another software available for that, do tell. and no, dont want to use pen + paper.

HEM for Bodog?
Does anyone know how to use Holdem Manager for Bodog. I downloaded the Bodog Hand Grabber (free version) but I dont think you even need that anymore. For tilt, stars, and cake it automatically just tracked and was easily to locate in my import folders, but for Bodog I can't for the life of my figure it out. If anyone has history w/ this, or uses HEM for Bodog please pm me or reply to this thread. thanks. Merry Christmas

Playing backed or on your own dime?
My average buy-in was/is $30. I play 3r, 5r, 10r, 5fo, 16fo, 10fo, 22fo, 27fo, 55fo, 22c, 11c, 109 on sundays, satty into the milly. - w/ a 25k roll - and currently on a 12k downswing. holla note: since the downswing i have eliminated milly, 109 on sunday, 22c

Any advice on a Laptop?
Probably going to pick one up today. Not looking for anything too expensive, just something where I can 4-8 tables relatively easy. Anyone have one they really enjoy or recommend' Thinking something along the $500-$800 price range. I usually use my pc w/ the dual monitors but I like moving to a laptop at the end of my session when I only have 2 or 3 tables going and i can lay in bed and play.

Bodog Issue
so i opened up bodog today and had to download the latest update. so i do it and this pop up window comes up and says "an error occured while trying to replace existing file:" "Click retry to try again, ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or abort to cancel. well retry or ignore doesnt work so i have to abort every time. anyone know a solution' kind of wanted to play some of these bodog events.....ugh fkn bodog is the web address still '

Question to the PROS: How many MTTs do you play in a day?
for those who register in blocks....i find myself trying to do this (ex:8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm register for everything during those 4 hrs). but i always find myself missing value on good tournaments that i miss out on. also if u go deep in like a 4pm that means ur session lasts from 12pm til quite honestly 12am''' do you guys have any structure to this on how to decide on block schedules' any certain days of the week you just go one of the main sites'

Shout out to Jennifear/Mild brag post
Hey guys, I don't post here often, but the main reason for the post is just to thank Jennifear for a lesson I had with her last month. It was money well spent and whoever is trying to improve their game I strongly suggest to take the opportunity. I was a slightly profitable player over the years and went on a pretty solid downswing in the past year. I changed some minor things in my game, re-focused, and managed to final table three mtt's in my last three sessions (even though one doesnt show on my pfive scores'). ok. I def. see the merit of raising the flop. At the time I called the flop b/c I did not want to be stuck on the turn if my flush didnt hit. I narrowed his range to one pair or flush draw. So i counted a ten, ace, or club as outs. After the short stack pushed for $100, and the villian flats then I thought the fact that i can even push him off given im pushing for $800 dollars more, does he really want to risk $800 w/ one pair. and if he wants to risk it w/ a lower flush draw then so be it. So i pushed. does anyone else think like this or am i in the minority' what do you guys put him ...

ok - my hand is AcTc - I guess you're right. Its kind of pointless to give the hand with no hole cards since my hand really looks like a missed flop. So given that whatre your thoughts. I know first instinct people say raise the flop but my point is if i raise flop do i really want to get it in 500 bb deep on a draw. Granted though raising does give me information on where I am at in the hand.
