**NBA Playoffs round 2** pretty good sign for their upcoming seasons that they've been right in every game to the last minute even without westbrook. To me Brooks handled this all wrong..Durant isn't a point forward..should've kept running KD off screens etc so he wouldn't have to expend so much energy and be completely gassed by the 4th quarter. Let jackson attack the rim and keep playing your uptempo offense. Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread Definitely expecting/wanting too much. The rate at which your gains jump is going to decrease the heavier weight you lift. So far what you've done and how fast you've done it is pretty damn good, but you can't expect to jump 15 lbs every workout, you just can't grow that fast. If you're gaining 1lb a week then you're doing well with your diet. If not then you need to bump up your calories. Generally you're lifts go 1/2/3 *bench/squat/deads* in regards to how much weight you can lift. Switched up my routine..low volume heavy (for me) ass reps back today--pullups 3x10...seated rows 255x5 ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Not quite Thread Worthy - April 2013 (NSFW) I've seen them a few times here in KC and each time it was a great show. Instrumentally they're great too and i think if they did "real" songs that they'd be pretty big. The second time I saw them they pulled a girl on stage, after a song, and said "lets have a fake tits test..told her to lay on the drummers stage and lift up your shirt..if they stay standing up or fall to the side we'll know..like any good groupie slut she didn't hesitate and they were fake and beautiful. Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread enjoying my volume routine i switched to a little over a month ago..lots of reps and lots of sets. Everything has had quite a decent jump. Leg press went from 6 plates for 12 reps and now up to 7 plates plus a 25 for 12 (i keep my reps between 8-12 every set) pullups have gone up by 2+ reps for every set. from 13 up to 15-17 when i start out with them and bench i started at 225 for 12 and today i banged out 235 for 12 and i could've got 2 or 3 more reps out of it. Gonna start running now that we have good weather...been so long though here's to hoping i don't collapse after 3 minutes. Posted in: Off Topic |

Officialist Final Four Thread Of All Time - Made early for Kelly Kip again. impossible to go against that louisville d when you can body block and hack wrists and arms without consequence. Wichita st gets in the double bonus with 11 minutes left then louisville all of a sudden stops fouling, even though they are having to apply even more pressure d' lol ooookkkk. i like both teams but i just hate watching officials screw up a game.
