People who try to talk to people while they're on the phone
What I hate worse is people who can't hang up the phone to talk to someone. Example.. trying to talk on the phone while doing a transaction at the bank, ordering food, checking out at a store, etc.

I was watching a show on TV last night, and it got me to thinking. The show was on the Food Network, and they were at this Burger joint that served all kinds of burgers. I'm guessing like $10 a burger, give or take. They also had on the menu like a $200 burger that was made of Kobe beef and had truffles and gold flakes on it. Now as my server, if I order a normal burger, you expect 20%, so 2 bucks. If I order the $200 burger, you expect 20%, so $40. You do no more work, but expect more because my food is expensive. What's wrong with giving you the 2 dollars you feel you earned if I had ...

NOw that OneM elaborated, it is not as I pictured, and he probably should have gotten harsher penalties. I was picturing the guy sitting at a table or something, and OneM approaching from behind and putting his hand on his shoulder or soemthing to let him know it was time to go. I have seen that one play out many times, and for situations like that I don't agree with the assault or evading charges since as far as the drunk knew it was any random grabbing him and he was defending himself. so what I get out of this thread, and the others, is Always tip 20%...unless your order is small...or you are there longer than 30 minutes...or if the place is busy...or if the server is a student...or about 100 different reasons servers make up..then you tip at least double minimum wage for each hour you are there, or at least 150%, whichever is greater. Something like this'

you're right, bumfuck university isn't, but when it comes down to the top few on a player's list, do you think the difference in money isn't gonna come into play' Why would I want to play at Auburn, if I can make more at Alabama(just an example, I have no idea how much either bring in)'

thats kinda what I was trying to say earlier. You have to pay every athlete, regardless of school or sport, the same, or pay none. People already get pissed about the Yankees trying to buy championships, just wait till the rich college teams can buy the top 22 recruits each year

So are you gonna pay the football players a percentage of revenue' That leads to the schools who make more money being more dominant by buying there team. You either have to pay every NCAA athlete the same, or pay none. Which is why it won't happen.
