Holy crap- u r right man. I skimmed over the fact that there was no actual complainant and went right to the text describing the "case"... this guy is a piece of shit. It would never have occurred to me that he created the case... damn.

Maybe I am. If the point is that they are finding a way to sue for losses, no, I'm not missing it. My point is that I want to know if there is proof of collusion. I could be crazy, but I think that's kind of important. If it turns out to be some whiner, fine... if they prove collusion, the impression is going to be that collusion is rampant, and make online poker look even worse. I think that's important, but I could be wrong.

I scanned quite a bit of the document, but I couldn't find the "proof" of collusion. I wonder if they are saving said proof for court, or if it is assumed simply because they all identified themselves w/ pokerhaus. I don't know any of the guys personally, and I'm on not taking a shot at the character of anyone, BUT... IF... there was ACTUALLY collusion, F em, I hope they get destroyed and do time... if the collusion is a false accusation, I hope this kid and his lawyer get sued for liable and the clown gets disbarred for manufacturing false evidence. I'm all for the poker players, UNLESS ...

Thanx Dark, Everyone has played pretty well, but I'm setting my watch by Vinny and Beauregard. Very very consistent, and Vinny just added a top 5 in the last tourney.
