88 in the SB..
Set mining in this spot will lose you money in the long run. Do the math

88 in the SB..
Folding 88 here is not too tight. With the info given you have a nit min raising with less than 20bbs, a spewtard who wants to play back at you still to act, and its a 5$ tourney where you want to be picking spots that aren't high variance because most players will just hand over their money. It's a fold all day long.

88 in the SB..
With info given and stack sizes im folding in this spot. 3betting you're throwing away money. Not many flops look good oop holding 88 and if original raiser comes over the top its an instafold. Villain stack sizes aren't juicy enough to be set mining here. GL

Do i get it in here?
Should never be raising here. It's shove or fold. At this point you really can't fold 77 unless villain has been a nit. If you shoved you wouldn't have to make the decision. He would. Shove>Fold>Raise

Deep in 2r 8k, spot with QQ
Flatting is asking for trouble in a 2$ tourney. You'll get minimum 2-3 players in the pot by doing this. QQ is not the type of hand you want 2-3 players in the pot with you postflop. You should be isolating the original raiser here with atleast a modest 3-bet or shove.

Deep in 2r 8k, spot with QQ
Huge leak. This is not a spot to get cute in. Shoving is more than acceptable here and looks a lot weaker than 3betting.

icm spot in 109 turbo
I think flatting here is beyond horrendous. Flatting is not an option. I can possibly see 3betting to 35kish and snapping off a 4bet by villain. Villains calling range shouldn't be that wide vs your allin and picking up an additional 20+k in uncontested chips at this point is huge.

icm spot in 109 turbo
Don't know the numbers here but id say A8o+ KJs+ 22+ is about right to merit a shove. AJo is well ahead of that. Shove here all day. There's no way I'm 3betting unless I'm trying to induce a shove from chip leader.

$40 Bounty Turbo Crapshoot hand
Butchered this hand pretty bad. You need to get it in on that flop and not be min raising. His 3k bet tells me he has something and he'll likely call your all in. Since you didn't get it in on the flop you should be shoving the turn. You didn't do this either so on the river you have no idea where you're at and have to make a sigh call and hope he's bluffing with two pair or worse.

Ultra deep in Hot 44 Turbo.. Is this a call?
This thinking is really bad. There are many occasions where you should be snap calling for even your tourney life with K high or less.

Is this a fold with 1bb to get another orbit of cards
Edit my previous post.. You've got 40% invested. Makes it an even easier call.

Ultra deep in Hot 44 Turbo.. Is this a call?
Wow. I wish I played turbos now. I'm literally shoving my entire range as the button here. Even considering a fold with KQ tells me that turbos have gotten WAY softer since black friday.

Well allani is being his usual self. NEVER fold here. You've already got almost 25% of your stack in the pot and you'll likely be heads up with live cards.

Tipping Dealers at High Rake Tables
Please disregard Pokerduude's comments. Any tips are appreciated. I deal craps and blackjack and if I work my ass off to make your night better and don't receive a dime my thinking isn't oh well. I'm upset and have every right to be. Especially if I sided with the players on certain questionable calls by the floor personnel which in turn ended up making them more money. EVERY dollar is appreciated ESPECIALLY if the tokes are pooled. Can't pay the mortgage on thank you's.

$10r: TPTK facing a senseless overbet from a spazzmonkey 4-way
@Fizzypants.. you should be c-betting a dry flop like this almost all the time to even out your ranges. You'll get a lot more action on your big hands if you do this. As played I personally would be folding this turn. A lot of donks will just shove a 5 here hoping somebody hit something instead of value betting.

Tipping Dealers at High Rake Tables
Poker rooms almost always have dealers keep their own. Table games.. blackjack, craps, roulette, and carnival games usually pool their tips. Tipping is not mandatory but it is customary. Same as eating out at a restaurant.

$8.80: Sick spot, JJ UTG 3bet by UTG+1
@ Phyzer23.. so you're saying to raise jj utg with 20bbs with the intention of folding to a 3-bet' That just seems like horrendous advice.

$8.80: Sick spot, JJ UTG 3bet by UTG+1
If you're planning on bet folding you might as well just jam the 20bbs. There's no way folding jj in this situation is profitable unless villain is a super nit.

Best way to play this hand post flop
There's no way id ever be checking that flop unless I'm planning on check raising. You have to decide on the flop if you want to go all the way with this hand or not. Check/calling then folding the turn is just bad.

Decision facing a river all in?
[ ] Good advice Villain doesnt have a double gutshot ever in this hand. Hes drawing to a J and a J only if he has Q10. KJ is likely here. Maybe 88 if hes tricky. Doubt im folding in a $15 tourney.

Folding here has got to be a leak. Villain should literally be shoving anything here with 8 bbs.
