Yes, about 3 yrs worth of notes gone now, here is the response Hello Jeteral, Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance. The issue you are having is due to a problem with the Notes.XML handling foreign language characters in both the User ID and the note on the player. Our programming team is aware of this and are currently working on a fix to be released in a future update. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for choosing PokerStars. Ive had the EXACT same results today. Any Two Cards, Any Position, Any limit. from $100 thru $6 the same result. flopped boats lost to quads, quads lost to bigger quads on the river, KK got beat up, QQ got raped AA got exploded. Pretty much killed my roll. Couldnt believe it was just all due to sickness but i guess.
