Seeking MTSNG players on Stars!
Who I am I'm Bignate904 on FTP. I currently play full time as well as run a small stable and coach my horses. I have a high success rate of turning small profit/break even/losing players into respectable winners. I'm currently looking to add hard working determined players to my team. What I'm looking for I'm looking for players who want to get better at poker. I do glance at past stats but I'm more interested in what you're going to be doing in the future. Backing Controversy with JYMASTER11 (warning very long)
I don't see why Chris should have to keep backing live if the online play has been put on hold. To me the FAIR way to handle this would be to put the entire deal on hold until they find a resolution so the deal agreed upon is able to continue.

The deal wasn't play live only. Jymyster wasn't only allowed to play live only. He could of moved the day after bf and continued to grind online then flew back for WSOP.

I read this and one of the parts I think Jymyster should have gotten in contact with Moorman before hand. 1 Horses are to return any roll left over to the backer after the staking arrangement has ended. Jymyster never did this. Which may not be that big of a deal. As Chris stated the reason he wasn't able to put these guys in WSOP is because the horses had money locked up in accounts. Now this isn't Jordans or Chris's fault. But obviously with this happening the person being staked should give his backer more time to figure out how to proceed. The 3 month delay is good for poker. It adds hype and plus it's good for the 9. Now they get sponsorship deals and more money to wear patch's and stuff.

What the hell is the rule on this???
It's the dealers fault for not following action however this is the standard action when a f up happens as this one. Sucks I know but only way to prevent this from happening is to play more attention. Not that it's your responsibility but it kind of is when it's your money at stake.

Full Tilt Poker Funds Partially Unfrozen
International players are being paid out. We'll get paid. The DOJ will eventually unfreeze the accounts and pay us back. I imagine since Tilt was the main site confiscated and had 60+ banks hit with restraining orders this is why it's taking them so long to pay everyone out. I'm guessing anyways.

I don't know if the companies being charge for bank fraud/bribing/laundering has been a worry for a year now. I'm also assuming this wasn't covered in most agreements. In fact alot of agreements have nothing in writing. Obviously if something in the agreement says what will happen in this situation then they have no issues. However I'm guessing most agreements don't. So obv Captain hindsight would say there should of been a clause in case this happens. But since there wasn't..

They can but as stated earlier this will be a huge inconvenience compared to how it was done before. We're getting into fees for transferring. More of a flight risk seeing how it isn't instantly transferred after a big score. Obviously everything has changed. Deals were made based on pre doomsday conditions. Which is why this needs to get more attention/opinions. Backing was already a hassle/headache to most backers. The problem now is it requires work to get money to players. Players are stuck not being able to get funds and backers can't or haven't chosen another way to get funds across. ...

I think the option is for backers to find a way to get them the money in a timely manner. I guess depending on how big your stable is would determine if setting up shop in another country is something you should do to continue your staking arrangement or drop said horses. Also waiting to see if it booms or not isn't fair. That gives the backers all the leverage. If in 6 months time the market isn't viable and the horse has been waiting to play. Now he lost 6 months of time and not even guaranteed to continue the deal. However if the market is favorable then of course backers decide to ...

Yes this!!!. Luckily for me one of my horses plays high enough and happen to have enough profit to keep reloading my lower guys for me for awhile and I have all xfers going to him. Would like to know how to handle this '' Seems like the standard is if you can't fund then they can't be expected to play. Moving to Canada, please offer your advice
I've emailed them also. I've also told them that a horse who transferred a large amount of money after a score is owed money in my account. (Hoping they will manually transfer to him since he's in Finland). Any idea if this will work ' Can someone give a cliff notes on what needs to happen to get all the documented material needed to make tilt think we're Canadian' Australian or even Costa Rica' Which place will be faster' Like what are the procedures to get bank account Picture ID etc..
