Re(2): Which is a more difficult way for you to bust out of a tournament? Quick little poll agree with the above...if you play your hand like crap and win, then I am pissed. But if you played your hand well and suck out, then that is unfortunate for me. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): I want a student. I would be a fool not to at least give this a shot (even though everyone and their mom wants you as a mentor). I guess I would say I am your average player. I play mostly $20 - $30 MTT's and SNG's, and play some cash games when I need a change. I have played recreationally for a couple of years, but I really started studying and incorporating new things about a year ago. Recently I have had some good cashes in tournaments, and feel like my game is really starting to come along. My main goals are getting better insight into the game, and learning how to be a more dominate player by taking ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Some questions about new WA poker law Playing for play money is legal, and I got to assume freerolls would be too, including FPP's. The $T, I am not sure about. The law kicks in on the 7th. I am not sure how it will be enforced, though. There has been no talk about it on the news or in any paper that I have seen. However, I am not going to take any chances on it. If they are really going to enforce it, they will want to make an example of someone. I will probably play some play money games to work on my game for a few weeks and see what happens with the law from there. I personally don't think it will be enforced. I think this ... Re(12): Just got a new TV and want to hook up my computer to it The 15 PD sub cable you are referring to probably means HD15P, which is the same thing as VGA. So a VGA (or HD15P) to DVI should do the trick. Hope the end results looks good! PS...male on both ends Posted in: Off Topic |

Re(4): difference in play between $5,$10,$20 SNG I am the same way and always like to have plenty of buy-ins in my account. I would suggest just move up to the $10 and play some there. If things go bad, go back to the $5, and if you are winning at the $10, either stay there or move up. Even though play in the $20's will probably be the same as the $10's but a little tighter, there is no need to move up if your nervous about going bust. You won't play your best if you are worried about not making the money. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): What should i use for my sit n go play ? SNGPT is a great learning tool, but it is not something you use while you are playing. However, I do highly recommend it for improving your SNG play. I have never used Pokerstove but have heard great things about it as well. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
