Apr is what you use to shop rates. An apr is the quoted interest rate plus fees. So, if someones offering 3.75% but has 10k in fees and someone else is quoting 3.875 with 4k in fees their apr will be less. You should expect to get around 3.75% on a30 yr fixed loan,and 3.25 on a 15 yr loan if you have good credit and equity in your home. Closing costs should be 2-3% of the loan amount. One way to reduce lag is to turn off the video recorder in the options menu. I also heard someone going through the games code found loading screens for Highrise, Crash, Strike, Overgrown, and Crossfire which means they are planning on bringing back those maps in a map pack.

Realtor Questions
Yes, you can rent out your home. Don't know how much rental companies charge. Its easier to rent your home out right now than it is to sell it as a lot of people don't qualify for mortgages and are forced to rent. But the big problem with renting out your home is finding good tenants that pay their rent on time and won't destroy your home. Good luck.

It took me 5 minutes of researching to find out this whole story is a mistranslation. The actual story is of a real city that looked as if it was floating because of the fog. I wouldn't expect fox news to research there stories before reporting on them though.

Renters Rights?
Tough situation, federal law states that a renter can stay in a home that is foreclosed on for at least 90 days or the term of the lease (whichever is longer) as long as they are current on their rent payments, and once the home is foreclosed on they start making rent payments to the new owner of the home. So, I'm pretty sure as long as the current owner owns the home you must keep making your payments to him or else he has the right to serve you with a 3-day notice of eviction. As far as the lender telling you you should start making your payments to them and they'll let you stay in there ...

The surtax only affects the marginal rate, so in your example the Surtax would be 300k*5.4% not 800k*5.4%. Obviously the surtax goes away completely if your hypothetical student just files as a professional (as he undoubtedly should anyway given his volume of play) albeit at the cost of having to pay his SE tax.

go to options/advanced/host routing table click the options button when on Verizon (240) select register now....wait a few minutes and take battery out of phone and put back in and turn on.
