Re:hmmmmmm After a 2nd raise Q's don't look so good. Granted you're probably the favorite, but a full house won, beating your flush, so you "did the right thing". I probably would have done the same. Either push or fold, in this situation. You would have lost, so you came out ahead. You were in late position, and made a good move, however, your opponnents (I may be giving them too much credit, cause pushing all in w/ 7's is pretty lame) may have sensed weakness. Re:What do you do when you're losing? Hey CassetteCounty!! I like #5. That's probably some of the best advise you can give. Golf, Go-Kart racing, maybe even putting together a model car, like you used to do when you were a kid. Surfing, skateboarding, something you can really get engrossed in, and childhood hobbies seem to work wonders for me. Hell go out to the shooting range and blast off a couple clips. Video games, like Galaga. These are things that help keep me balanced. And I need it. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

A Hard Way to Make an Easy living, is the best way to put it. If you don't love it, if you can't embrace the loss, and chalk it up to lesson learned, maybe, you should rethink your career choice. When I get in a funk I will play for "fake money", for fun. I enter low buy in tourneys, usually 2-4 at a time. Get your fun back.
