Cash Game Theory/Strategy... Will this work in building my bankroll? the bankroll issue has been covered very well so i won't go into that (i would play $1/2 only). However, the reasons u can't hold onto a big stack could be a few things. i would guess that either u start to play way too many pots, also i want to think that as u miss more flops u start to tilt a little more and begin to play even more pots. i'm guessing here, but that was a live cash leak for me until i realized it was a factor of tilt. during ur next session right after u double up and get into the danger zone (a big stack) get up go walk around to clear ur mind. when your ready to play just ... Live cash game aggressive players Bball23 is spot on. i run into players like this all the time at the local casino. i just sit back and pick my spots and i def don't bluff until after i show down a hand or two. i just value town them all night when i have the goods. suited connects work great against them also. if u flop a open endeder and they bet sweet cause when u hit shove. most of the time your getting paid off. i wouldn't be too scared of mixing it up against them. if u miss fold, then repeat. how s my line live $1/2 at the local casino. i have about $490 in front of me and pick up KdKs in the co. utg vill is a decent player kind of plays his cards face up when he has them, he has about $280ish. so utg limps for $2 and so does utg +1,2,3. utg 56 fold i raise to $16. (i open for $8 plus $2 for every limper). its folded around to utg who calls kind of quickly, folded around. flop is Ac 4s Kc. vill checks i bet $16 he gives some speech about how awesome he is and folds. not what i wanted. i def put an A in vill range so i thought if i bet too lite here or over bet he would fold. in a few hands i've ... Not sure how this could be a bad thing because they bought the UFC from the Gracie's when it was on the brink of folding up. Look at it now their on Fox. Spike and countless paperviews. They also purchased their rival of one time PRIDE. I think they are smart enough to pull of a decent site and the worse thing that could happen would be getting the ball rolling for on-line poker competition. Trouble playing 10-50 BB deep if your having trouble playing 10-50 bb its mostly cause ur too loose when the other shorter stacks are in push/fold mode. p/f is pretty standard and easy to adjust to when ur in it, or when ur deeper than 50bb and other players are in p/f. get a good shove/call chart and memorize it and that should help a ton. how do you get sb and bb loses down ? i don't know of any vids. but djdoodoo gave u the best advice. play solid poker in the sb/bb use the top of your opening/calling/shoving ranges when you can. just an idea use ur range for utg unless u see a spot to win the pot. imo Posted in: Poker Discussion	blueboy44 Mar 6th, 2013

HH for .25/.50 HUNL you should of 3/bf pre. ur 3/b was too little. i would suggest in that spot making it $4.50-5.50 and folding to a 4/b. when u 3/b that lite most players are going to flat it w/ any two decent cards any pairs, suited broadways. and when they do flat you u have no idea where u r in the hand to play oop. Huge pot 1/2 nl home game QQ just think what could he be 4b here with AQs-no, AKs-maybe/doubtful, JJ-no, QQ-no, any 1/2 player is doing this w/ AA and KK. imo his line is str8 forward and if he was a tricky or a smart player i would not give him as much credit except in this case cause he has it. he wanted his AA hu. on average 1/2 players play their cards face up in this spot.
