Poker Academy software, thoughts...
What do you guys think about Poker-Academy Pro 2' It does have bunch of interesting features like session stats, the advisor, hand evaluator which measures your hand strength %, potential %, and pot odds. It also has a player statistics page that gives you all kinds of fancy graph information. Apparently the AI is supposed to be some advanced thing designed by some fancy poker research group. I remember reading that phil laak and esfandiari played against it and whatnot. And they say aftertime, the bots learn from your play and become more difficult to play against. Does anybody think this ...

Any success with echecks from Bank of America to Stars
Anybody have any success with echecks to/fro BoA and Stars' I've heard a couple of accounts were frozen and I haven't seen anybody post saying it's working great' Is wachovia more leanient with this sort of thing' Anybody recommend any other legit banks for echecks'

I've played limit $1/$2 there a couple of times. Odds are, you'll either be playing old retired folk, or the few diehard tryhards. I was told they just introduced $1/$2 cash tables now but only with 50bb max buyin. They also have 10p SnG's from like $140 to like $500 buyin, and larger prized mtt's aswell running all week long. Overall, it's a good friendly atmosphere, clean place, just no Bellagio. But it'll do for any poker aficionado. *TIP: It's best if you tip the jewish dealer well, especially after winning a big pot, or he'll make it awkward for you til ...

Not sure how long you've been playing with this erod guy, but assuming he's a standard TAG I wouldn't think about raising QQ there. I dont see a problem with calling for set value, especially if you think you're going to get more calls there. Of course with a low 259-type-flop, you'd be faced with a tough 3bet call decision. and btw, i also don't see a problem with folding to his push if you did raise him prf.

IMO, ftp should imitate ps. 1) timing out buys you a little time and 2) it emulates a live poker scenario. You'll never see Hellmuth get up for a piss (He might decide to arrive late to the ME, but thats beside the point). (Just my 2cents)

ARRGH With QQ
Here's a frustrating hand I just played. Basically he raised UTG with AJo and i called from the BB with QQ. His excuse for his turn bet was to kill the flush draw he thought i had. I was almost certain on the flop he was overplaying AJ like every donk at 25NL. Then on the turn i thought trips, AA, KK, and folded. I min raised for value, not sure why he min raised back.
