Choctaw Casino WSOP Circuit Event
Well my AA < J8 when Choctaw Justin made a straight on the turn and I had 4 to the flush, he shoved and I go home now. Oh well, still a good run for me. Look forward to next year.

played in my first WSOP event
Just played in my first WSOP event at Choctaw in Oklahoma. Made it down to the final two tables. Was a great event and was glad I cashed in it. I had played only WPT tourneys before. This one is a lot closer to home. Now that I have some buyins, I will try and get out and play a couple more events. Got to play a little with Johnny Chicago, before our table broke. The worst part was the drive up for day 2 in the nasty snow storm. I will update again after the next event.

Prahlad vs. Bort vs. The Floor (WSOP 2010 on ESPN)
I just timed it with the little timer that goes with the video. He had 1 second left, it was a fast count.

Poker Urban Legends : wich ones are true ? overrated ?
An urban legend is more like the one about the lady who shows the winning hand of a bad beat jackpot and then mucks just to piss the guy, with the losing hand, off.

Re:Most Underrated Movie of all Time...
I will prolly take some heat for this one but "Exit Wounds" I think is very under rated. The plot is not air tight, but a very enjoyable flick IMHO, it's in my dvd collection. Also, "Joe Dirt", great flick, "Talledega Nights" really funny. I didn't find "The Hangover" to be that great, very overrated in my estimation.

Re:AA every hand in 10 majors, how many of the majors do you win? GO
If you knew your going to get them every hand, I would think you would want to see more flops, and not go in as often preflop. You are going to flop top set about once per loop. I would think you would win, at least 8 of 10 if not 10 of 10.

Re:Bank is requesting a phone interview. Help!
I'm surprised reading these responses. I guess most people don't use the phrase, "none of your fucking business" as often as I do. This is exactly the problem with our tax code, and legal system in general. There are so many laws and regulations you can never be sure if your in compliance. And that is how they want it.

Re:Live players: Tells
I have had mixed success as well when I try and follow all the tells Mike Caro style. But there are some I have had that are good/useful. 1) Wrinkled forehead - I see this a lot, where people scrunch up their forehead. When I see someone who does this, I look at what kind of hand they turn over when they a wrinkled vs non wrinkled. Is it a bluff or strong. Whatever you find, they will stick with, and it seems involuntary, which are the best tells in my opinion. 2) Hand over mouth - this is usually a bluff, unless they always do it, then it's not useful. But someone makes a strange play ...

If you listen closely the TD says he has 85. Doesn't say the suits, but tends to lend toward not being an editing mistake.

Re:Tipping During Live Cash (please read entire OP before responding)
Being from Oklahoma, and a self loathing homosexual, I'm sure you won't understand this but here goes. Quoted from: Hovering somewhere between charity and a bribe, the tip is one of our most polymorphous social transactions. At its most crude it can be a loutish expression of authority and disdain. At its purest it can approach a statement of love. At one end of the scale we had the foul decorum of those old lunch places where the men thought it their right to pat the waitresses on the backside. If a waitress objected to these caresses the tip would be thrown into the dirty ...

Re:Tipping During Live Cash (please read entire OP before responding)
I hate the idea of tipping. I think the entire practice is idiotic. We decide that people are underpaid and that we should "tip" them and pay them extra to make up what we magically think they should be making. If they deserve more money then their employers should pay more. If the employers don't pay more, the employee should quit, or better yet, not take the job in the first place. It's like teachers always whining they should make more, and people go into the profession every year, knowing full well what they will be paid. They will probably want a tip next. Don't ...

Re:computer guys (router questions)
I agree you may want a better router. But, any of them can have issues going through walls. If you can get a line of sight it would help. If you get to wireless N it will do a much better job. But you would probably need to get an N card for the PC too.
