Re(2): Playing KK against chip leader late in tourney I appreciate all the responces to this post, I'm always looking to improve my game. I never ever considered folding here......I did consider calling or re-re-raise but figured there was no way I was going to fold to a push, also a raise or call has little or no fold equity in this situation. When I'm unsure about the best play I normally choose the more aggressive of the choices, thus the push. What do you do here with AK,QQ,JJ for me AK fold, QQ call, JJ fold thx again boris Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Playing KK against chip leader late in tourney At the time this happened the chip leader was pushing the table around quite a bit and I felt I could take the pot down pre flop with a push. But since I've had time to think about it, I feel that maybe there was just to much risk playing this hand this way. How do you play this hand' PokerStars Game #6053565707: Tournament #30264820, $20+$2 Hold'em No Limit - Level XII (800/1600) - 2006/08/26 - 00:32:11 (ET) Table '30264820 13' 9-max Seat #7 is the button Seat 1: DrDorthia (26415 in chips) Seat 2: cashtorg (20373 in chips) Seat 3: lee xxx (112375 in chips) Seat 4: amielt (21908 in ... I like to see the PFX logo on other players though.....for the small amount of info that gives me on that player. boris Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Won't back up bet Jennifear, I respect what you have to say and agree with you that this guy probably says things like this all the time and to him it is a flippant remark. But should you be able to run around throwing out challanges with terms and a dollar amount attached and not be called to task for it, at a live table do you think that he could get out of this without looking like a welcher. As for saying "DEAL" or spitting in our hands and shaking or something else to seal the deal......well thats probably a good idea for any important bet........which this was not.
