Do you think this is the best hand?
i wouldn't expect you to have the best hand. i'm shoving or folding pre. most likely shoving. raising will get you in weird spots like this. both are pretty much committed to call that small of a raise.

Full Tilt kicked me off forever!
similar thing happened to me. a friend came over (doesn't have a computer) and said he wanted to see if he had any money in his fulltilt account. he tried logging in and it gave the same "contact support" response. i then tried to get in my account and it gave me the same message. i emailed FT and talked to FTPdoug here. told them what happened and had my account back in a few hours. what had happened is he had transferred money to someone that wrote a bad echeck or something and they shut his account down. they put a hold on mine until i contacted them and got it ...

What makes a good chop?
i watched a friend of mine get heads up in a tourney last night. he was out chipped 4:1 and they decided to talk chop. 1st was 1400ish 2nd was 950ish. ICM gave him 1034 and the other guy 1316 he offered for both to take 1000 and play for the rest 350 or so left. chip leader agreed. he got more then 2nd place money and a freeroll for close to 1st place money.

FTP support appreciation
i recently had my email account hacked and it sent out some SPAM emails. apparently one went to full tilt and the froze my account. after some swift emails back in forth they confirmed who i was and released my account i keep hearing horror stories about how slow they are to respond, but i had 3-4 emails returned in less then an hour. i commend them for stepping up their game, and appreciate everything they've done for me tonight.

Weird hand in the midnight madness
with 66 left i think it's more of a call then earlier. it's time to chip up to a make a run for the final table. if we assume he isn't shoving AA or KK (there is still a possibility, but a small enough one that i take it out of his range) then you are either flipping or you have him in trouble. the thing is, you have to win big flips to win tourneys or make final tables. i think this is too good a spot to pass up. you are almost certainly flipping or dominating him, there is such a small chance he has you in trouble that i think you have to call at that stage of the tourney.

Weird hand in the midnight madness
after playing the madness a ton of times, i don't think i ever fold AK. ever. if someone open ships the first hand i call. like you said, you didn't think he was open shoving AA or KK. so, it's a call imo. the madness has a pretty fast structure and 30ish bbs isnt enough to feel comfortable for very long.
