Most profitable pre flop? yep m8.. ty all ur reasonings seem well thought out & thts why were 2nd stack facing the shorty in hand 1 :D. Were still the minortiy here tho. & hand 3 being a 3b fold spot from the sb and not bb does make this tougher but yea v close. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Most profitable pre flop? yea in the T6 spot i would raise any2 and in hand 3.. i could 3bet any 2.. I just put in hands tht could make this a bit trivial, i didnt wanna say for instance hand 1 JTs because thts pretty easy open, and if i said something redic like J2o.. it looks like im on a level of some sort. These werent played out, its just 3 spots ive been trying to improve in my game & i know my raise/fold ranges so i made these a bit closer. To get a response. Ive had a mixed reaction so far tho, with mostly fold fold fold.. Just realised in the hand i posted its T5.. its supposed to be T6s.. doesnt change ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Most profitable pre flop? Heres my thoughts on each hand... im opening the T6 all day, everyday of the week.. with the bb protection. at this stage of a mtt.. players wont lob in their last 6-11bb jst because theyre in the blinds. they still need usually 3 things, fold equity and a decent hand, a strong hand or a late raiser in this case, the bb will shove on u like 2/10, and ur only ever gonna be really 40/60. there will be times when its not, but ur gonna win 1/2 when he shoves and 8 when he doesnt... we can even maybe go smaller her and say we win 1/2 when hes all in and win 7 uncontested while being 3bet ... Most profitable pre flop? There are not really any right or wrong answers here, but i have tried to get stack sizing and positions very close for each decision. Big hand from Ipoker 200k Yea im pretty much with most of you now.. i guess once i take thr route i did flop and turn i gotta call river... id rather shove that river with 7 high than 2 pair today. Big hand from Ipoker 200k Ok i guess more info on my table image should have maybe been posted.. remember were pretty much bubble.. im 3 betting alot of hands from here at this stage with this stack and have been. I too am weary of the sb flat, so when i bink my showdown value v all his big missed A hands & showdown value v all sorts im only getting called from drawing hands or better hands betting that flop. I check back for pot control and to see how he reacts turn with position. Small Blind flats.. raiser folds. FLOP 10d 2d 8s SB checks- Button checks back. TURN 5s SB leads 18955-- Button flats RIVER Ah Approx 60k in the middle SB leads 39997 History on SB... small stakes $13 average up $1k over 2000 Mtt's... he has in the last 2 hrs.. open shoved 110bb Donk bet 2 flops 3/4pot after calling out the blinds.. Continue grind when losing all ur first MTT's Gettin baked stops me from uber tilting... its gd to have a smoke if ur session starts bad imo. Ive had lots more winning sessions grinding through the bad starts with a smoke... gl & i think volume really helps, i have to be playing 14+ at the start of a session & b4 u know it uve built 2 or 3 nice stacks.. so even if ur busting early in some you'll be chipping up in others to combat the tilt.
