All I am asking for is my $ back, so be happy they refunded your buy-in. I dont want anything extra... I am not greedy. But, I know what happened was not my fault, so I want a refund. Plain and simple. But, I have not heard from them since I sent the Log files.

At least u got a refund. They are still reviewing my LOG FILES I guess. This has never happened before with my account. So, why today''' They can't say this is my fault, because once I got eliminated, they filled my seat. I didnt get an option to rebuy... with 30mins left. So, I know my connection was fine, because I saw them fill my seat. I guess, I will see what they have to say.

Finally received the reply from stars. I am still confused...lol Hello Frank, It would be helpful if you could send us your program log files (PokerStars.log.0, PokerStarsUpdate.log.0, PokerStarsCommunicate.log.0) that are located in your PokerStars folder. Depending on your Operating System the log files will be located in different folders. Wow, r u kidding me. What does this have to do with the system not letting me rebuy with 30mins left in the rebuy period'''''''''''''''

Well that is odd. There was another thread about this, but now it is gone. I wonder what happened' I just want a reply from stars explaining what happened, and how did I get knocked out without being able to rebuy with 30mins left in the rebuy period. Sounds simple enough... Where did the other thread go'

Same thing happened to me with 30mins left. I am so angry... Who would enter a rebuy and not rebuy with 30mins left in the rebuy period''''''''''' I sent them an email as well, but come on. To get knocked out of the event like that with such a large prize pool.... crazy!

same thing just happened to me with 30 mins left in the rebuy period. What the F is going on. I immediately click on rebuy as soon as the hand was over, and they put someone in my seat. Then " cadillacsa eliminated in xxxx place" WTF' This is stupid. Sent an email, but I dont know. Who would enter a rebuy mtt, and not rebuy with 30mins left in the rebuy period''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

To my knowledge there were some hands previous to that last hand that the other player reraised and Hinkle folded. He then talked to his brother (a pro player) and his brother told him he would need to take a stand eventually. So, on that last hand when he was reraised he took a stand, with 10 4... got an instacall (usually means you are in trouble) and got extremely lucky. Standard stars hand to me...lol

I have never lost my chat for stating what a joke a site was. Believe me I have said my share of horrible things about the so called random card generator...lol. With that being said, this is what I usually say after catching a HORRIBLE beat. " POKERSTARS, WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO REWARD THESE DONKEYS''''''" or " I guess the fold button didnt come with your download " I use that when someone calls off 50-75% of their stack with complete garbage and they get rewarded for their bad play.
