I agree completely. They are going to really have to start changing their advertising to appease to investors and it will get more and more intrusive. Since they know so much about our private lives and likes and dislikes, its going to get scary. Also, I just read that 44% of facebook users will never click on an on screen advertisement- which is their main source of income currently. I dont know where the site will go now that it is public, but I can only imagine how upset people will get, especially considering people were bitching for months about Timeline and The new Profile page- ...

Closing Costs
if the loan is 220k your closing costs will be well in excess of 5k. appraisal and inspection will be 1000+ downpayment of 3.5% will be ~7500. I'm closing on friday for a 170k and the seller is paying 7k and I will still be cutting a check for 3-4k

What percentage of your monthly gross income do you pay for your mortgage?
I'm closing on a house 4plex next week. Gross income will be 2800, 2100 per month if I live in a unit. PITI for the property is about 1150.

I'd look at the SPG card by AmEx. Its a great mileage card. You can transfer your points to any airlines and you get a 20% bonus for every 20,000 miles transferred.

I dont know if you realized or if this is factored into your resale price, but anytime a car goes to a police auction, it is considered salvaged and will no longer have a clean title. that will easily cost you ~30-40% of the resale value.

If he is capable of turning a made hand 2pr, set type hands into bluffs then you can disregard my comments, but he either has air or the nuts here. And as far as air hands go, I dont see him calling a turn bet of 55 with nothing to bluff the river if the diamond gets there. His hand can only be improved by the river card if he has the flush draw (which he did...). All 2 pair hands will check thru and I dont see him bluffing with any other made hands @ 1/2.

Yes, You're math is correct. You will lose on average .022 per spin. The same applies for black or red and any other combination where you would hedge your bet. This is why the green 0 is there.
