Ok, it worked. I'm running version 2.296 again (the version before the bad update). If you were one of the unfortunate few to get the bad update, just uninstall Stars and reinstall w/ the version on their website. Or you can wait and see how long it takes them to issue a new update to fix the bad update :)

I was just over on 2+2 trying to find a solution and it appears that Stars pulled the update pretty quickly b/c it was jacked up, so some ppl. didn't get it. So if you did get the update, you should be able to uninstall Stars, then reinstall the version from Stars website (which should be 2.296), and everything should work fine. Hopefully :)

I experienced the same lobby problems today. Even worse, my chat keeps cutting in and out. I'll be able to chat for a few minutes, then it will disappear. A few minutes later, it will be back. I know it's not a hardware issue b/c all my IM applications (AIM, etc.) work fine. I don't really know what to do. Anyone else having problems with this update''

Re(1): Biggest HU Comebacks?
Lost a $27 Stars SNG when I was HU w/ a 13085 to 415 chiplead. I couldn't stop laughing long enough to be pissed. Still the craziest comeback I've personally experienced.
