It is already a shit show here, can't imagine how crazy/crowded it will be tomorrow night. We went to the Final Four in San Antonio in 08 and my 16 year old brother got into every bar no problem. Now he is 19 and can't get in anywhere in N.O, they are being super strict especially on Bourban Street so that sucks.

The Carter 4 is fire, not as good as the Carter 2 but lets be real thats one of the best hip hop albums ever. I thought his Jay Z diss verse was great but really don't want 2 of my favorite guys bumping heads and Wayne took it to the next level

Texas A&M to the SEC...
It is a fragile time for any college team not in the Pac 12, Big 10, or SEC right now. Big East and ACC should be ok for awhile but whenever the next round of conference expansion happens it will be their schools getting raided. I would love for the Big 12 to survive this but I just don't see it happening. One possible scenario is Pac 12 raids OU OSU Tech and UT giving them the most TV sets out of any conference and schools that have enough prestige to keep UT off of its high horse and in its place. Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, and Missouri will all be scrambling for Big ...

Seriously, this is their life line, taking people to civil court. As hard as it may be, if the world just ignored them and didn't give them an excuse to sue they will die out.

Of course its easy to say now when they are melting down but I will never understand the preseason love for KSU. There are not very talented, not a single future NBA'er on their team and they lost 3 starters from last seasons good not great team. Basketball is all about recruiting and right now Baylor, Kansas, and Texas are the only ones doing it at a high enough level to be seriously considered for a league title year in and year out.

Thought Baylor would be a huge test for Kansas tonight but who knows after their face plant against Iowa State Saturday night. I also think Mizzou runs KSU out of the gym, KSU is horrible at taking care of the ball and the Tigers will thrive on that and win easily. I'll take up to $100 on Kansas at -4 tonight if anyone wants Baylor lmk.

Update. have actually made most of my bets in the Excalibur, its not as big as the MGM's book but less crowded and its been raining and shit so I don't have to walk across the street. Am 3-3 so far, break even gambling ftl.

MGM was my first choice just because its across the street from the Excalibur where we are staying (non baller I know) I was looking to bet like $50 a game on 4 or 5 games while sweating my fantasy football players, so wasn't expecting MGM to shove free drinks down my throat but damn I thought it would be like 1 ticket per 50 or 100, 200 is a little nitty. Going to Vegas this weekend for my little bro's 21st birthday and thought it would be cool to spend Sunday in the sports book betting NFL games. I have bet online but am a total live sports betting noob. Wrong...The official NCAA report found here states that Kanter received $33,000 above his necessary expenses (which would include school) Kentucky is now appealing that because Cam Newton's father asked for his money, and that Kanter's family received most of the $33,000 he should be ruled eligible. They will lose, Kanter is done.

KU not going anywhere unless A&M leaves the conference, then you probably see the Big 12 dismantle and KU KSU Mizzou Iowa State move to the Big East. I agree, the Big 12 will survive, disagree that they will add anyone (in the near future)

This isn't talked about a lot because football runs everything but Nebraska and Colorado leaving the conference makes the Big 12 the PREMIER basketball conference in America. KU KSU Mizzou UT Baylor all playing 2 times a year every year will be some friggin awesome basketball

Also every road trip the NCAA permits giving $75 per day, even though all of their meals and stuff are furnished. They aren't making millions but NCAA Division 1 student athletes are doing better then 99% of the student population.

Fantasy Football Trade Veto
League vote to veto is retarded. Just go with the commissioner has the power to veto...Really the only time a trade should ever be vetoed is if it is blatant collusion amongst 2 teams. Part of the "skill" in fantasy football is getting people to accept trades that hurt them and help you, letting the league veto trades pretty much makes this impossible.
