If you're cutting your caloric intake and exercising more, it could just be as simple as low blood sugar. In which case you should make sure you're not hitting TOO much of a caloric deficit. Make sure you eat many small portions through the day, rather than a few big meals - this will help you maintain a more steady blood sugar level, especially if you had a poor diet before and have insulin issues (pre-diabetes or something).
