Stuff To Do in Denver
Heading out there for the first time this coming Saturday and have 3 days to wander around. Staying in Morrison (supposedly right next to Red Rock amphitheater) but my friend will be showing me around. Attending Rockies/Dodgers game upon arrival early Saturday and then plan on just cruising the city (Market St.') until passing out. Need places to check out & recommendations.

OT Bowling This Thursday 8/31 @ Gold Coast!

Moving to Vegas
Another response from the girl I mentioned before: Re: bartending in Vegas everything is about flair nowadays for the good jobs. it's extremely difficult to join the culinary union unless you have a job already working 40 hours a week (and it lasts a year). I wouldn't have left vegas if Red Room stayed open (and had customers) or if I found a different bartending job. But rent was due, I was broke, and the city was becoming a ghost town. But alas, I'm here in Portland.

Moving to Vegas
Wish I could have something better to say, but I asked a girl I went out with who used to bartend. Briefly told her your situation and that you are wanting to move to Vegas to tend and that you've got experience. Her response: "Don't do it." I'll try and get some reasoning out of her. BTW, she got fed up working multiple shitty bartending jobs and moved out of Vegas.

The first one was epic. Anyone up for another' Tickets are very affordable and start under $5 according to Stubhub. Some of us will be sitting in Section 307, Row A, Left Field Pavilion. MLB Spring Training
Actually, I'm interested but the % of me making it isn't too high right now. I do have weekends off though. Interest Thread (6th Annual OT League and 5th Annual OT party)
1) Will you play in the OT league this year' Prize will be WSOP seats to minor events, some travel money, and OT party admission. Poker is lame, and I usually work the nights of the donkaments, but still possible. 2) If so, do you prefer Poker Stars or FTP' Doesn't matter. 3) Are you planning on attending the OT party this year' Entry will be $150/person.
