I cannot help that my bank wont just clear an out of state check. I am trying to make this right. I plan to take a pic of said check when it arrives. Update: Didn't rec check today. So tommorow I would belive it to be here. We get our mail late in the day and I wont be home until after 8 p.m. anyway. Once its deposited BOA said if its an out of state check it could take 3 days to clear. Also I already have been in contact with hinderantz about the payouts and if everyone wants me to just ship % of it (Hinderantz said he has a spread sheet to help out with this) I will have to deposit on stars. Well update time. I was approved today for an amount less that the full amount I applied for. I am getting 6k (I will even take a pic of the check b4 cashing it). No, I am not getting my settlement yet I am taking a LOAN against it. Its really not that hard to comprehend. Hard to belive this Clay but I do want this handled and put behind me so I can move on with my life. My actual settlement will be handled once I get my final surgery that is comming up finally. Okay, The paperwork/loan papers were sent in and I am awaiting for their approval. Obv its not happening by tommorow eve unless they have some way to direct deposit. I am awaiting their call to tell me the EXACT amount that they are loaning me against my (Mythical as some of you say) settlement. Belive it or not I had every intention of being honest about this and posting it once I knew where I stood. I have gone thru alot of personal hell over this in more ways than you know. I just want this all behind me and move ahead with my life. My kids deserve better. I mean seriously everyone pretty much figured it out. I know some people get their accounts back the next day others I have heard from it took longer than 2-3 weeks. If I had it back instantly I would have been able to then establish how much is totally gone (hoping the transfers get re shipped). The reason I said I am responsible for it is cause I am the one that said I would hold. I was trusted to do that.
