Re(2): WCOOP Main Event Investigation Conclusion
For posters like Zpaceman who just don't get it, I'll copy and paste one of pokerstars own emails on the subject of what I do. So you get it thru your thick skull, I am not a cheater, I play within Pokerstars own rules. Please read it twice in case it doesnt sink in again. Oh, and on a new account in a family members name, I have proven numerous times, that 'they' can win at showdown late like Annette and bax etc. Disbite the theory that you don't need winning cards to win at poker, and annette played an entire tourney blind and won playing position, she still had to win ...

Re(2): WCOOP Main Event Investigation Conclusion
I can assure you that any big transfer to his account that he tried to make after the win, was held. I once had a 10% stake on another player that FTed the sunday million, he instantly transferred the money when tourney was over, I got an email from stars that said the transfer of funds was pending an investigation and approval. And this was 2 years ago before we all knew how bad online cheating was. Any big withdrawl was also held. It took, my 'sister' over 12 days to see the first check after 'her' big win. lolz

Re(5): WCOOP Main Event Investigation Conclusion
His first mistake was not contacting cigardad for advice, my first advice to him would of been: Do Not use a brand new account in someone else's name to take down the biggest online tounament of the year. I would of busted out 3rd or 4th, if the software would allow me too. 2nd rule would of been, don't play but only 1 account, and do it from your sisters computer. ( by stars own admission, they cannot enforce this) 3rd, : have the check sent to your sister in her name. No online transfers to other acounts. This is more proof that a brand new acount is geared to have better than normal ...

Re(5): Absolute Poker super-user reviewed and potripper's actions explained.
Stars has the ability to expose all hole cards during the replay of the wcoop FT's and sunday million FT replay's, I'm sure all the sites can do anything they want to concerning hole cards, thus opening the door for an inside cheat job. I don't care how much money a poker site makes, there is always the human element involved, wether for greed, or power, someone will always think they can beat the system. Please regulate online poker U.S government now or bomb the countrys who refuse to comply. Please start with Absolute Poker, Wheres Geo Bush when you need him'.

Re(2): Cleared of any wrong doing by Pokerstars, but still confused???
I'm glad you asked this question, thank you. The 1 of every 100 hands that I do win at showdown (after blind level 10), has proven to be a hand I should of never played in the first place, usually a marginal hand at best out of position, that beats a big hand. Some of these instances, most likely my 'M' at these times dictated a desperate push with any 2 on occasion also. In other words, a fluke. Next quetion please.

At least she takes the time to find a logical explaination rather than just agree because a well known player says it is or isn't.

OMG, the same thing happens when I buy a bag of plain Lays potatoe chips, I get almost no curly or blistered chips, which everyone knows are better tasting than a flat chip. But when someone else who has never bought lays chips before buys a bag for me, half the frickin bag is curly chips !!!! For once, someone that i can relate to on P5's, we speak the same language.

you are wrong, I asked before i did ANYTHING, or we did ANYTHING like this. At thatt time, (over a year ago), it was perfectly ok, what was not , was sitting at same cash game, or single table sitNgo. Private tourneys and MTT''s only. I'm pretty sure it still is OK. But I'd ask before doing so.

OK, again, what is your point, you act like you just found the 'other' missing evidence from the OJ trial. Tell you what, email pokerstars and ask for yourself if its OK for a husband and a wife to play in the same tournament'. Like I did. If I had played both accounts in the same tourney, from the same IP , they would of banned me, and 'yes', I was investigated. I always thought that all that inbreeding in Alabama was just a myth....guess I'll have to re-think that. So if you are both your moms son and father of her child, does that also make you a multi-accounter holdmfoldm '.

yes there were a few times that my wife also played in same tourney, that also is not agaisnt stars TOS for a husband and wife to play in the same tourney, so I'm not getting your point', or do you even really have one'. Let me clearifiy, you very well may of been talking to my wife some of the time, really. Its just that the first week of her accounts existence, I played it, at the time, (and you can email support to get this validated), it was OK to do so, or at least, the rules were not as clear as they are now. Again, nice try Perry Mason, but you lost the case

GambleAB, learn to read and comprehend what is written, acording to Andre, who I had a nice long conversation with, it is perfectly OK to play on others accounts, as long as you do not have an account yourself. Also, Its perfectly OK to sit and watch as a friend or family member clicks the mouse. On the phone, he said so.... Do you get it yet sir'

Please, let me add this, as cigardad, I am down in last year, over $40k. with zero cashouts. On all other accounts, i am over $300k profit for the year and no, I'm not going to stop doing it, would you'. And in live tourneys, I am up over $110k for the year. Is there really that much variance over a long period of time and games, that ONLY cigardad loses''''. lol

Cleared of any wrong doing by Pokerstars, but still confused???
WTF is wrong with pokerstars', Don't they even know their own TOS rules, ' After emails back and forth, and them calling me to 'warn' me about playing only on cigardad's account, right out of the other side of their mouth, on the phone, security tells me that its OK for my wife to play my account< WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Andre's reasoning was, that as long as the other person does not have a pokerstars account of their own, then it is OK for them to play a registered players account. again, WTF '!'!. Since I did the right thing and closed I_love_jd's (my wifes) account its therefore OK for her ...

wow, if a player named 'oaksplayer' is boycotting the oaks, must of been some really bad floor rulings. Rudy, Ill be there if I bust out of the 101 early, if not, will catch you next time. I like the 101 as you can also get points for all cashe's and FT's you make towards a freeroll that can get you $1k and $10k seats toward the WPT Shooting Star in March. I have won my seat already, but I want to freeroll the whole 2 weeks of tourneys, that way, wife can't say "NO!!" :-) so, hopefully see you another time, means I'm doing well there.
