I would rather do this personally. I don't care who she dates or gets serious with; I just want her to be happy. I just know that she cannot know a person after 2 weeks. I think she's being very dumb. I'm sure if I met him and he was genuinely nice and respectful I'd feel a lot better, but all I know is that he's almost 6 years younger than her (she's 29, he's 23) so I know he's probably not mentally ready to handle a situation that involves a child.

I brought up my concerns in a very respectful way. I also told her that I wasn't forbidding her from doing it, but I let her know how uncomfortable it made me. She just doesn't seem to care. I'm with you, dude, in the sense that I don't plan on bringing any woman around my daughter unless it's very serious. I just don't understand why she feels so compelled to do this. This fucking sucks. I feel really bad for my daughter and the fact that I can't do a god damned thing really bugs me.

Maybe I'm in the wrong here, but last night my ex told me that she's planning on introducing her new boyfriend to my daughter on Saturday. I don't really think that's the case. Last weekend I had secksy time with 2 women in 2 days and could've fucked one last night if I wanted to, but she happened to be a Double Whopper w/ Cheese. What's Wrong With the NHL.
I don't know about you, but having HD TV makes the puck tracking almost a non-issue now for me. When I was watching standard def I admit there were some times when I lost the puck, but with HD it's pretty easy to follow. I guess I'm just biased though since I'm more than a casual fan of hockey. I love the fact that it goes for 20 minutes without any interruptions (it actually doesn't, but for the sake of this convo let's say it does). Baseball is boring with its commercial breaks every half inning or pitching change and in football they spend more time huddled up than they do running plays. ...

I know I felt weird the first time I met some OTers. Went with a buddy from work to Vegas and ended up meeting SoCalDrew, Chatta, LVPokerdealer, and Leet8s at Gold Coast for some bowling and beers. When my co-worker asked I just said that I knew 'em through a poker forum. I think I met SoCalDrew first, and he was a cool dude so after the first "I'm cizastro" we just went by names and had fun. Wasn't as painful as I was expecting honestly. Haven't met a bad OTer yet. I really want to meet Jaybone, but am afraid that I'd die trying to keep up with him for a night.

+1 I think maybe I went in with too high of expectations based off of the high reviews and high praise. I did enjoy it, but thought it dragged on a bit with the whole "they're not getting along..oh noes!" bit. Still a good movie though and I'm glad I saw it. I'm a little surprised that they're sticking to the Thor background for the stories. I honestly thought he was the least favorite character that Marvel had and so much seems to tie around him and his story. I remember the first time I listened to that album I was very "WTF'!'!", but that fucking thing grew on me. It's definitely an underrated album. Venice Queen may be my favorite song from that album, but there are plenty of solid tracks.

Help me avoid an epic failure (banging my ex boss)
Probably a final update for a while in regards to Da Boss. I decided to text her today just to find out if she's actually in the process of reconciling with her ex husband. I've probably only been lifting seriously for the last 4-5 months. Before that, I was just doing random machines and what not. Now I have specific ones that I do and mostly do everything without machines. I still use a machine for squat because I fucked up my knee and it just makes me feel safer using that in case my knee gives out, but otherwise it's all free weights. I'm just discouraged at how fucking weak I am on the bench press. I can only do 125 pounds when I'm doing 3 sets of 10. I can lift heavier weights, but then I can't finish all of the reps. It just sucks cuz I see other people ...

Thanks, guys. That's exactly what I needed to hear. I'm definitely not eating enough right now. Between 1400-1600 calories a day and roughly have been doing 60 minutes of walking + 40-50 minutes harder cardio @ the gym along with my lifting. My arms are looking more muscular/defined, but I was just getting frustrated that my weight wasn't increasing as fast as it seems that others have been. I don't eat a whole lot of carbs either, so that's good to know. My intake is mostly protein-rich foods right now. I must say, when I was able to do unassisted dips I was pretty stoked.
