RIP Officer Henwood we're not mad about the cops arresting people (except somewhat in the case of unjust or unnecessary laws, but that's more out of frustration then blame or with excessive force), it is when there is a blatant abuse of power and/or an infringement of our rights. This is made worse by the "Blue Shield" which is basically the same gang "snitches get stitches" mentality. Basically who watches the watchers' And the more complacent and corruption we all only compounds these problems. Posted in: Off Topic |

RIP Officer Henwood I mean i did say assuming several factors, I'm talking about how an all out violent revolution could win, it is only 1 scenario but all i have to do is argue that its possible to prove niceguys fallacy that it cannot be done wrong Posted in: Off Topic |

RIP Officer Henwood uhhhhhhh, then why are we still in Iraq' It would obviously be a gorilla war mixed with mass riots should some sort of revolution take place. Not walking in a line red-coat style hoping to win a war of attrition. Also this once again this is assuming that the army or part of it isnt on the side of the American people. I mean it's all very much hypothetical and would take mass support of the population which if our political system is any indicator would take a huge paradigm shift, but if it happened tomorrow I'd take the American people and I would lay odds Posted in: Off Topic |

RIP Officer Henwood As to the topic of cops and trusting them, I'll say if you do not look at anyone who has power to make or enforce laws with at least wary and distrust, you're part of a bigger problem in america that has to do with an erosion of our individual freedoms and liberty Posted in: Off Topic |

RIP Officer Henwood you make a lot of assumptions about how much our military would be willing to kill american citizens (not that they don't already but those are stinky muslims ammirite'). However that said, if our govt went all Syria on us and there was mass revolt. We could take our own military assuming they didn't just go scorched earth and start nuking cities. The US is too big, its military too strung out already nevermind the size of the US and there is 300million people in the country and our military is like an ANT compared to that. FFS we can't even stop a few thousand insurgents in Afghanastan and ... Posted in: Off Topic |

O'Donnell meet the First Amendment I mean once again not saying ur wrong or that the topic isn't worth discussion/debate. I just think the problem is that it's really hard to do so in this context without muddling it up with lots of walls of text to articulate a point. I mean the problem is u should be bringing these sources to debate as they are very important, but all of these things create huge time syncs and annoying amounts of reading. However without them no argument could be solid, and without these sources sited its easy to establish doubt and very hard to establish a firm logical correlation. It's very easy to say ... O'Donnell meet the First Amendment I mean without getting in an argument on the subject that statement is extremly hypocritical and filled with logical fallacies, thus establishing doubt in your ability to coherently defend your stance. For instance, to state that he must be ignorant because he thinks ur stance is irrational when u first in fact do not show any logic or defend ur statement with logic. You are simply stating, I am qualified and therefor you are wrong. So yeah this opens up a lot of doubt and room for your stance to be irrational, even if it isn't. I just thought you should know that. Posted in: Off Topic |

How would you (literally you, the way you are at this exact moment) do in the NFL? 1. I actually have a decent arm and football knowledge (played pretty much my entire life including some QB), if they made me try to run a full offense and not hand off every play I may lucksack 1/20 and if i got decent protection I may make it till the 2nd half EDIT: After thinking about it a bit more I guess particularly on dumpoffs or some short qick passes, i have the accuracy but if i dont know the plays or keep up with speed of the game to actually pull off much on a real passing offense 2. I think i could actually avg positive yards (maybe .5/play) by just hitting the hole and going ... Posted in: Off Topic |

LOL GG Rick Sanchez It isnt a compitition of who gets hated on the most and with only about 15mil jews in the world (with like 80% of that being in the US/Israel) they are ACTUALLY A MINORITY. They have been attacked, persecuted and had one of the worst genocides in history. I see where ur coming from cause it isnt as big a deal here in the US, but around the world jews are probably pound for pound the most persecuted people in the world Posted in: Off Topic |

Would anyone not let their son play football?? sure there are risk but with better coaching and more understanding the risk are going to become less. As for the socialization of kids sure there are other ways, but imo football is one of the most effective and fun ways for a kid to learn a lot of good life lessons. Learning more about the risk of long term head injuries and ways to prevent them is important but a big risk was coaches playing kids too soon after a concussion which hopefully will be a thing of the past. ALSO as a parent if your kid has an issue with concussions or something or it becomes one then yeah football isnt a sport ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Would anyone not let their son play football?? no bro i dont think YOU get it. Playing football opens up a new world of friends and life experiences, it teaches you a lot of skills that most people take for granted. It gives them structure and a place to relieve stress, anger and all their other emotions. It gives them life long friends and invaluble social practice. I played every sport growing up and football is just different. Maybe it's all that danger you mention that makes it like that but that's just the way it is. You're so focused on the long term risk of injuries that it blocks you out on to how many more infantly times ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Hardcore Pawn vs Pawn Stars tonight. Which one you watching? went to the pawn star place today, heard it wasn't that great and it was pretty lame. Wanted to get something but they pretty much just have expensive stuff on display and ppl just go in to look and buy chum lee t-shirts. Also there was a line cause of filming and we got yelled at for just walking in past it so we left and came back after cause who wants to wait outside in the vegas sun Posted in: Off Topic |
