Annie said in the Poker Road interview that she is very much involved with security and the fraud investigation. I would assume to properly be able to help in that matter she would need to have been given a ton/all of information in the scandal that happened in the past. She knows more than you think or she just lied on Poker Road about being involved with their security. the quote is at about the 55 minute mark of the interview.

This thread is another reason I hate UB so much. It was UB who was proven to have cheated and stole millions, not PokerStars. Yes, it's possible that PokerStars has superusers, anything is possible, but to speculate how they run their business based on a completely seperate company is paranoia. Look, if Star's past was shady I would not be defending them, but it's not. Until there is proof of any wrong doing by them I will continue to support them and believe they are legitimate.

KCKyle you must be on these boards way too much because you've lost touch with reality. The majority of people do not want UB to flourish after the cheating. If you don't believe me go and see for yourself. Just in your hometown there, go to the mall or some other place where random people will gather. Intermittently stop people and ask them if they will do a quick poll with you. Give the person the straight facts, no need to use any names: - company steals millions from customers - customers finds out themselves that the company did this - company denies for months of any wrong ...

option A - lower guarenetees so they are even less competitive with your competition thus UB loses more customers and money option B - keep the guarentees the same and UB will continue paying the overlays which have apparently reached the 2 million mark recently I'm OK with either Annie

A few months ago Pocket 5's was so proud of the fact they disassociated themselves with Absolute Poker and felt they led the way for others to boycott Absolute advertising. Flash forward a few months and Ultimate Bet is guilty for almost the exact same shit as Absolute was, yet P5s does not boycott their site, they defend it instead. What was different' Why was cheating, stealing, and cover up wrong in the past but acceptable now' The answer - shills, friends of the shills, and nutswingers of the shills. Ultimate Bet calculated that if they bought a few respected online tournament ...
