I don't think it's a huge deal as like you say a ton of people grip that way I just know the risk exists gripping mixed (say that 5 times fast). I watched a couple videos and it scared me into just doing double overhand. I think if your form is solid you don't have a ton to worry about though. Personally I'd rather just use straps but for people who compete they don't have that option so they have to go with the hook grip or mixed to pull their heaviest. I have no plans of competing just want to get a back of steel so straps suit me well.

I use straps when my grip starts failing at certain weights. Some people talk down on them and question your grip/forearm development but to me I don't give a shit I want to pull as much weight as I can and not worry about the grip. I'm also not comfortable using a mixed grip after watching several videos of people tearing their bicep with that grip.

Just took this lolworthy "vitality test" for my new health insurance. I am a 26 year old who exercises regularly, eats well, has never smoked, drinks about once a month, is in the normal range for everything like cholesterol/blood pressure/etc., am 6'1'' and 180 pounds. Results: my "Actual Age" is 27 taking all this into account lol

Car hid lights question.
I think that's gonna be my next car. Had an 04 accord coupe like that and loved it. It may have saved my life too held up unbelievably well when a car going the opposite direction slid into my lane on the highway and hit me head on. I was going about 55 or so and had about a split second to slow down so may have got down to 40 or so before it me me: Loved that car look at how badass it looks after like just sitting there thinking I just got hit head on on the highway no big deal come at me cars.

The Ultimate Fighter - Season 15
Really like both Chiesa and Iaquinta (sp on both'). Chiesa just gets the job done somehow it always looks like he is seconds away from being done then he just keeps going and somehow gets them on the ground. Iaquinta is gonna be tough to beat, holy shit dude is solid all around, great first pick by Faber.

I switched to this a few months back and everything went better than expected: It is a better shave than the Mach 3 shit. The blades last forever. The replacement blades are like half the price of the Mach 3 ones. I think I get 4 blades for like $8 at Target and again they last forever. This site sounds like it's pretty awesome but I can't imagine it is more awesome than this Schick Hydro situation I got going. Even if it's better I stocked up on 5 packs with a $50 gift card I needed to use so I'm stocked for like a year now.

After reading other thread and watching this nightly for a few months now definitely this. Love this show. No love for Flight of the Conchords ever in OT no wonder it only lasted 2 seasons people underrating it like crazy. Edit: shouldn't say no love, I think there are a handful that are in the know, but it should be everyone imo

Hey I have no problem with someone who isn't drunk drinking while driving it's no different than drinking an actual soda while driving if you're still legally sober. He asked opinion on it and I think it's probably more fact than opinion that it's completely fucktarded and makes no sense to risk getting some sort of violation (I'm assuming a serious one but it could be mild and thus making it less fucktarded) because you enjoy it and can't wait to drink til you get home.

You are essentially risking a DUI (or whatever the hell type of violation drinking while driving but not being drunk yields you) if you happened to get pulled over for what' Drinking a beer that you can easily drink when you get to wherever you're driving'

I wish there were a few awesome HBO shows in between GOT and Boardwalk. Like maybe bring back Deadwood or something similar so there aren't gaps where no good HBO series are on. Sorry to get off topic a little. Anyways I loved the scene when Arya escaped with all the dead guards around.

anyone know which channels replays are on' Randomly VH1 Classic plays a few a day and have that DVRed but it's still on like season 3 right now so no Jefferson yet would like to get some of the newer episodes taped too.
