Has there ever been a stretch of great albums as there was from 1990-1995? + Deep purple - a bunch of different albums including one of the all time greats Machine Head (I really like Burn too) AC/DC - TNT & High Voltage Kiss - several albums in that time frame I'd say this timeframe plus maybe 1-3 years is probably my pick too. Not Quite Thread Worthy - May 2013 (NSFW) this is hilarious Basically this restaurant was on that kitchen nightmare show and the owners were exposed as the psychos they are and they explode at all the hate they get on their facebook page and on reddit and stuff. Here is part 2 of the episode of kitchen nightmare it's incredibly entertaining if you have 20 minutes to kill. My favorite part is that they take the tips from their servers. Oh and he found out they've been through over 50 employees in the last year and she denies it and calls it a lie and the husband goes "it's actually over 100" (at the 15:00 mark) Posted in: Off Topic |

Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread Bar placement has a huge effect on how upright you are. Someone who squats high bar olympic style is almost completely upright. Most powerlifters will squat low bar with a wider stance and won't be straight up at all or they'd fall backwards. I don't completely agree with everything this guy says but his videos are pretty good and he has a beautiful (and ridiculously strong) squat. Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread I think bubbas squat and mr pinks DL both look fine I don't see anything glaring with either the important thing is not compromising it as you get heavier Everyone chases the perfect form which doesn't exist as everyone has different levers. I will say tho that both looked like pretty light weight for you guys, you will see where your form breaks down with a closer to 1RM attempt it's never going to look awful when the weight isn't that heavy for you Posted in: Off Topic |

Not Quite Thread Worthy - May 2013 (NSFW) Mine would be uncomfortable every so often and it normally went away after a day or two. I waited years to finally get them pulled and only did it because I got a real bargain on it (quoted me 1k for all 4 then they only pulled 3 because the 4th was fine or something so it only cost $750 total). Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread It's a long term thing lameass. Starting light and slowly working up 1) helps you nail down form and 2) gives you the best chance of long term gains. So say you start the 3x5 for squats at 135 pounds and it feels very light. You are better off staying there and bumping it up 5-10 pounds at a time in the long term than bumping it up to a weight that you struggle to complete the 3x5 with immediately. I did starting strength like a year and a half ago ish and I started at 135 I think. I went up 5 pounds every other workout (so I would do 135x3x5 two straight workouts then 140x3x5 two straight ...
