Re(8): pokerstars f*cked me
He makes a very good point... If POKERSTARS didn't even know/could not explain to me what was going on, then how was I supposed to know''''

Re(4): pokerstars f*cked me
Good "bullshit" call, slick. However, I realize that stars did not "mysteriously" lock/unlock my account. What I have an issue with is the fact that when opening the software and logging in, it prompted me to change my email address - which i did. i then went on to register and begin tournaments, and all of the sudden i get a message stating "your playing privileges have been revoked". I sat there for a couple minutes, watching my hands post and fold. I keep trying to take my seat, but I can't. I go to check my email to see if I have any email from stars telling me WHY they have suspended my ...

Re(2): pokerstars f*cked me
lol, you think i owe stars an apology' get real. what hostjacob said may be true, in some aspects. however, the message saying that my privileges had been revoked said nothing other than simply, that. this is exactly what happened: i sign on to stars, a message pops up saying that i need to change my email address, my old one through my undergrad school had expired. i go and change my email to the new address i now use. i register and start three sngs, then a message pops up saying my privileges have been revoked - doesn't say anything about why or what i need to do, nor do they send me an ...

Re(2): pokerstars f*cked me
It doesn't matter that I finished the tournament - what matters is I missed hands that I paid to play, and therefore missed opportunities to increase my chipstack and possibly cash in the tournaments.

Re(2): pokerstars f*cked me
No actually it's a long story - I had to make a second account because my first account was being hacked.. turns out I left the account on auto login on a school computer lab computer - I informed PokerStars of this and informed them that I made the second account, however. Yes, I did finish the tournaments. However, that's not the point, and if you could comprehend what I'm saying you might be better suited to reply to what I said. I'm not concerned about the money - I'm concerned about the quality of service I got from PStars. I paid them a rake, as I do everyday, and then they take away ...

Re(1): pokerstars f*cked me
Hello Ryan, Thank you for your email. When reviewing a refund request, we do not consider how many hands a player has missed. It is much more important to analyse how many chips a player loses in relation to the blinds at the time of disconnection. You lost 30 chips in one event when the blinds were at 10/20. This still left you with 73.5 big blinds and plenty of time to play out the tournament as you would normally. If we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards, StevenB PokerStars Support Team Again, I'm not complaining about the money - and ...

Re(4): pokerstars f*cked me
sorry pupkin - i made those posts in off topic as a joke, just to see the rediculous responses i would get when asking the members of the forum. you see, i post in this forum very infrequently because the amount of rediculous responses many receive that are way off topic, like yours. as for "serious mental problems", if you actually took the time to go and look at my previous posts and took the time to try to mock me in a public forum by saying that i have issues, well, have fun with that.

they were $27 sngs - like i said though, i really don't care about the money. it's the fact that they are running a business and screwed me out of playing hands that i paid to play..

Re(2): pokerstars f*cked me
EXACTLY - i'm not even remotely worried about the money - it's the principal of it. What if you paid $10,000 to play in the wsop and they made you sit out for 10 minutes' One hand or twenty, I still paid them a rake - I paid to play and they revoked my play '

pokerstars f*cked me
Decided to put money on Stars again today, been playing FTP mostly.. Anyways, sitting there playing 3 sngs and all the sudden it says my playing privileges have been revoked. I sit there and watch as I just post and fold in 3 sngs for a few minutes. Then all of the sudden I can play again, I go on and fail to cash in all 3. I emailed pokerstars and asked them for some compensation for them forcing me to miss important hands - they email me back saying I didn't miss a "significant enough" amount of hands. Cliff notes: - I played 3 sngs on stars for first time in a year - They revoke my ...
