Anyone have experience with small claims court?
Years ago I went to small claims court in SC. over damages to my car on private property, where the other driver hit me, and a witness got his license number yet he refused to pay. He didn't show up, so the judge ruled in my favor. However they have no power to collect for me. With the judges ruling though I could go and take out a lien on his property (he owned a drug store) which I informed him I was going to do if he didn't pay, and I did get a check from him real quick. Gives you another way to threaten him but no guarantee you get paid imo.

Problem Installing FTP software, Norton Security 2010 says contains a threat?
A couple weeks ago I tried to install Full Tilt software on a new computer, and my Norton Security 2010 software blocked the installation not the download itself. It quaranteened a program with about 2 seconds left in the installation process. Said not much was known about it and called it a suspicious program called a Reser.Reputation[1]. bglua2vkx3n0yxj0x2lkptqwndiznty5 [1]. exe I found very little on it, and haven't been able to get much from Norton either. 1. Anybody had problems running the FTP installation in the last 3 weeks or so, 2. Does anyone know what this is and if it is a ...

FTPDoug, I'm chewing wire and spitting nails with this update --HELP
1. Tried to open FTP, said new update, clicked to run it, ERROR message says try again, unable to download update. 2. Tried again, same result, and same over several tries for 5 hours 3. Rebooted computer, still won't work 4. Tried to uninstall and reinstall FTP software Uninstall worked but won't let download from reinstall the damn software. 5. Now frustrated and (see title) Anybody else having similar problems, and how did you solve it.

I can log in, but try to register for sng, and it shows some starting, but when you try to register shows them almost finished. Now can't log in either, definites screwed up

I'm guessing there might be a lot of memorization in this course, have you tried making and using flash cards. And I agree if your having trouble with the first course the others might be just as hard or harder. Think maybe you need to change the method you are using to study this course, whatever your current method is. Tutor might help you develop a new plan.

Don't have a source, just remember the numbers from news reports. One poll said 60% of americans were against it, another said 51% against. I notice they debate this at midnight in snow storms etc and it sure looks like a "clusterfuck" to quote one of Clint Eastwoods movie summations. I'm beginning to think our gov't has totally forgotten that they work for us, and concentrate only on dealmaking and their own reelection. I predict massive civil disobedience one of these days.

For the 1st thru about 3rd grades walked with my mom, and then she walked home, would meet us after school for the walk home. From then on, mostly walked unless I could mooch a ride last couple years of high school. High School was only a mile or so.

Don't know bout all of them, but DeMint is from my district in South Carolina, and I don't think he actually gives a damn what people in this district think or want. I have written him twice and gotten bs form letters back that had nothing to do with the questions I asked.

Make sure the spray bars are delivering water on rinse cycle. You can run it with the door open by pushing a screw driver against the metal latch in the top of the door to see whats going on.

I have a relatively inexpensive Kodak C913, that takes good pictures. With the memory card it holds several hundred, and i have an external memory card reader ( Dynex CRMN1) that connects to a USB port on my computer to dump them fast onto my harddrive. Works great. Only problem I see with the lower cost digital cameras is the slight delay from when you snap the pic to the time it records makes it hard to catch moving objects.

Both my sons-in laws came to my wife and I and said they wanted to marry my daughters, and asked for our blessing, not our permission. Fortunately I like both of them and we were happy for them all. If I had disapproved I would have said I can't agree to that, but I realize my girls might have gotten married anyway. Young people make their own decisions, parents can give advice, but not run their lives.

What is the real inflation rate?
Anyone got numbers on the real rate of inflation in the US now. I went to the grocery store with my wife last week, and it seemed like prices were up big time and if the price was the same, the quantity in the package was about 70% of what it was a year or 18 months ago. Every time I see the government quote inflation near zero, I just think that everything they say is pure BS.
